We don’t get away often just my husband and myself so we were excited about a night away. But, we were met by construction that we were unaware of at time of reservation. Then our room had black mold and no blankets on the bed. I did make Nicole aware at the time of checkout. She said we would be followed up with by management.

Very quiet area, but limited choices for shopping/dining within walking distance. The room was clean, but housekeeping (every other day) never materialized. Also, the sounds of renovations being done next door to our room caused the latter days of our stay to be most uncomfortable. The desk clerk, however, was friendly, professional and most helpful. He was the bright spot !

Staff was friendly but the hotel needs some updating. We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed. The sofa mattress was grossly stained and had crumbs all over it. A jellybean was stuck to the bottom. (They did replace it the second night so we could use it). The indoor pool had no heater and was very cold, the ice maker on our floor was broken, the ice bucket was cracked, the faucet in the kitchen sink was loose and had to be held to use. Breakfast was ok with sandwiches and waffles. Probably would not stay here again. The area is nice and close to everything- shopping and restaurants

Excellent spot south of Nashville

Quick trip through town and our stay could not have been more comfortable. We will stay here when in the area - particularly for longer stays.

Lacking/Unexpected

We've stayed here several times in the past year or so. And we've never really had a problem but this time the mattress on the bed was worn and had a dip in it. Meaning, when you down the lower part of your body went down into a hole, and the shower wasn't at all what we're use to, it had been cleaned but not very well.
