Nice size room & staff was very courteous. Getting to the location was a little odd but everywhere in that area is set up a bit different than I’m use to.

Our reservation called for 2 Queen beds and we stayed in Room 501 and it had 2 double beds

Great location, nice breakfast, and friendly front desk staff. But during our 6-day stay, we never received House keeping service, despite asking the front desk on the 3rd day and again on the 4th day.

Property was great. Staff was the best part of our stay. Breakfast was great William was very attentive n polite. He was very helpful Everything was clean in the breakfast area. Great experience

This is a very well-maintained property. Our room was very clean and well-suited for a family and our pet. The breakfast was AMAZING every day. The service was great with one exception. GREAT: Upon checkin, they gave us waters due to being HH members. However, on Sat evening, someone else was at the front desk. I told them that there was an issue with one of the channels on the TV (it wasn't working), and that we were staying in the room to watch that channel for a football game. She was friendly but said she had no idea and stared blankly. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, and she said her manager who had stepped out for a few minutes. I left her my contact info. She told me the manager would call to assist; the manager never called. The water dispenser station was extremely messy that evening, too, so I don't know if maybe they were shortstaffed. Regardless, we would stay again.

We don’t get away often just my husband and myself so we were excited about a night away. But, we were met by construction that we were unaware of at time of reservation. Then our room had black mold and no blankets on the bed. I did make Nicole aware at the time of checkout. She said we would be followed up with by management.
