On the last night of our visit we were woken up at 3:00 am by a foul smell in our room. I called the front desk and they acted like “no big deal “. “It is probably just a skunk at the front door “. The odor was sickening! We packed up our bags and checked out of the hotel asap. Never again !

All of the staff were EXCELLENT!! They were very kind and helpful from the reception desk to housekeeping and dining staff. They are all to be commended for their professionalism and friendliness--what a wonderful welcome to the Pittsburgh area! Thank you all for a great stay.

No body wash in shower - entire bottle gone -broken off wall.
Bath towels were small.
Breakfast was good.

We weren't there long, but this hotel and our room were clean, quiet and just what we needed to stop and rest on our way passing through from Michigan to Virginia. Comfy and cozy, bed especially. Loved breakfast and late checkout! Would stay again.

We called early in the day of our stay to confirm and we requested a ground floor room They could we wanted a 2nd floor with a parking lot view. We got a 5th floor with no parkiing lot view.

The room type that was reserved isn't available on the parking lot side, only the front side. Our apologies, as the agent might not have known that and we will be sure to pass this along. The room was very clean and bright. My only complaint was the turnpike noise night. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

The staff is great. They will even text you to make sure you have everything you need. The roos are clean. Sufficient. Not the most updated in esthetically, but clean. This is our go-to hotel when in the area

Staff was welcoming. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Loved the outdoor area for meditation & study. Room was very quiet. A wonderful experience.
