U Magic Palace is located in a central place in Eilat. We travel to Eilat at least twice a year, but that was our first stay at this hotel. The reception was efficient and welcoming, especially Ismeralda, who was great. The rooms were quite comfortabl, nothing overly fancy, but definitely pleasant and cozy enough. Breakfast wad absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. I also must mention Shay, who is in charge of the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, the U Magic Palace offered a lovely experience, and I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Eilat.

The room was full of smoke due to the careless attitude of the management. Half of the floor are smoking. Nobody tells them to stop!!! How is it possible?who wants to spend time in such atmosphere? The stuff was helping. The room is good but the smell of the cigarette together with the too much lauded music from the pool makes the hotel look cheap. Sorry..!

the experience in the hotel was amazing starting from the reception the rooms and the food . Everyone from the Hotel team what to assist and support and make your vacation amazing. Low level hotel
I arrived on the first day to check in. I was treated badly and disparagingly by the receptionists as if they were doing me a favor. I got a room with a shocking view even though I was promised a room with a sea view Finally, after proof, they changed my room with a very disrespectful attitude, as if they were doing me a favor. Rooms are very outdated and not renovated. There are not even any electrical outlets available. Old furniture Breakfast is a reasonable level and nothing more. I do not recommend this hotel. I was really disappointed. It is better to add 40 dollars more and sleep in a more advanced hotel.

Loved it. Clean rooms, great service and the most amazing breakfast. We have an allergic kid, and the chef was so kind and handled it in the most attentive and responsible way. We will certainly come back.

服务令人大失所望。抵达时无人提供路边协助，保安也未主动招呼或提供帮助。办理入住手续时，工作人员态度冷漠，缺乏热情。我们的房间尚未准备好，行李寄存也处理得很糟糕——行李被放在一个敞开的、没有安全保障的房间里，无人看管。整个入住期间，前台服务人员都态度冷淡，甚至连基本的礼貌都没有。
总体评价：
位置优越，住宿条件尚可，但服务远低于预期。不会再次选择入住这家酒店。
家庭度假的床品体验非常令人失望。房间没有露台。房间状况糟糕，维护不善。毛巾有异味，床单上全是头发（不是我们的）。前台没有任何反馈或评论。食物低于平均水平（与住宿的高价相比）。泳池里没有冰，我不得不带着两岁的孩子在45摄氏度的高温下自己去弄冰！这绝对是上次来这里，而且酒店很糟糕。最好多花点钱，在Isrotel酒店享受真正的假期。
