We stayed in a family suite with two bedrooms. The space was adequate but the property was outdated and poorly maintained. The housekeeping was inadequate with a very approximate cleaning routine. There were stains on the toilet a broken toilet roll holder ants around broken tiles and plugs in the bathroom and lounge. These issues were not addressed by management despite several complaints. It is unclear whether they could be resolved without restoring the buildings. On half board: the food selections were good and tasty. Breakfast was regularly populated with birds feeding on cheese and cereal. Dinner was satisfactory. The beach was small with rocks and very windy. The resort would have been more enjoyable if proper maintenance had been undertaken over the years. The management staff were generally pleasant but not efficient in addressing issues. One of the bedrooms had only one bedside table light and when we requested a second one the reception staff advised us to purchase a house plug multiplier. This would not have resolved the problem. This was very unprofessional. On the positive side, the resort is conveniently located between Grand Baie and Trou aux Biches and the staff are generally very friendly (apart from the aforementioned encounters).

Horrible stay – avoid at all costs. The apartment was filthy – clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Dust everywhere, and the blankets and pillows smelled awful, like they’d never been washed. There was no door on the bathroom – no privacy whatsoever. Totally unacceptable. Communication was a joke – slow, unhelpful, and often ignored. Half the stuff didn’t work – broken appliances, lights out, and a shower with barely any water pressure. Outside wasn’t any better – no order on the beach, random junk lying around, and the sun chairs were never cleaned, just nasty. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

I didn't like it because for me it not value for money ,I paye 50000 rup for 2 nights I didn't have a good service ,I did not have a good baby cot the 1 night baby didn't sleep well..I tell at the toilet smell bad and the bathroom on arrive was not not clear...a tell for the breakfast in room I have it there come on time but no fruits and No juice. my husband go to take some fruit and juice he tell waiter good morning she didn't answer no smile ..At the barman the 1 night not good ...I don no if I mauritius at the service it like that but it not good because i paye for at ...

我从小就经常来这家酒店。但近年来，酒店每况愈下，服务也大不如前。老员工都离开了，现在的员工虽然尽力满足客人的需求，但都因为过度劳累而疲惫不堪，有时甚至连笑容都失去了。有些人明明是海滩服务员，却还要去厨房帮忙——真是难以置信。我们住的房间也令人失望：墙壁和隔断上到处都是洞，清洁马虎，屋顶上树枝长得老长，发出很大的噪音，严重影响睡眠。显然，老板把重心放在了豪华客房上，而忽略了家庭房，这实在令人遗憾。“全包”套餐也名不副实。公共厕所又脏又臭。至于泳池？简直不堪入目。木质甲板腐烂得令人难以置信，居然没人因此受伤。泳池清洁不及时，水质浑浊不堪。我绝不会再来这家酒店，希望我们的证词能促使管理层采取行动。赚钱固然重要，但维护好能够安全接待客人的建筑才是最重要的！

照片和描述具有误导性，公寓不再维护，游泳池也是如此，瓷砖松动，撇渣器坏了。海滩上的餐厅已被废弃，海滩和泳池家具、躺椅、休闲椅、太阳椅大部分都已到了使用寿命的尽头。没有动画团队。除了周末的少数毛里求斯人外，这家室内餐厅已不再吸引任何人。在工作日，这里就像一个鬼酒店……公寓的客人似乎不受欢迎，没有接待处，除了清洁女工，没有机场班车（或者价格比 6 人官方出租车高 2.5 倍），只能使用 1 个游泳池。就我们20号公寓而言，浴室的门是坏的，浴室的柜子完全破旧不堪，淋浴柱也被茶匙撑住了，水龙头也摇摇晃晃。在愤怒并将照片发布到不同网站后，房主终于在我们离开前两天屈尊更换了照片，施工期间公寓一整天都无法使用，当然没有任何补偿。通往露台的天井门被锁上了，我们被告知钥匙丢了！！！保险箱被堵塞，冷/热水系统完全故障，水要么是冷的，要么是沸腾的。窗帘肯定有一定年头了，而且又破又脏。唯一的优点是地理位置，我们可以在海滩或附近的酒店度过美好的一天（需付费）。我强烈反对这家酒店，因为该地区还有其他酒店可供选择，而且性价比更高。
