Fabulous place to stay, friendly staff, clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Big bar area serving reasonably priced drinks. Would definitely stay here again if we return to another event at the NEC.

Bathroom smelt awful and it hit us as soon as we entered the room. Grubby carpet and torn lace on the windows. Parking was sufficient although hard to get into. Staff were friendly. Bed was like a brick. Very hard and high so hard to get in and out of. Would not stay again

Everything was great but the one and only thing I would say could be improved would be the lighting in the room. There’s no lighting around the mirrors when you’re trying to get ready for your night out.
