The room was clean and tidy the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The facility is under renovation so it's best side is still to come

room definately needs upgrating.Poorly laid out andbathroom condiments were terrible. the room was supposed to have a raised toilet but did not.
stafff was good and the restaurant was very good

Room was tiny. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. And why is there only 3 pillows ?? Have stayed in a different room before and had a way better experience.

The room smelled of mold, bathroom had mold all around tub, when i went to front desk there was no attempt to deal with the room or us. Just told they are doing renovation and hadn't got to our floor. Our Room # was 202. How could this be allowed?

Room was dirty with 3 elderbeetles inside. Had to change rooms. Staff seemed not to care. Beds uncomfortable

Booked a premium king suite but got a old, smelly, small cluttered with outdated furniture. Tild staff who just moved me to a bigger, old, cluttered room. The curtsuns were on backwards and did not cover the window. They didn't empty the garbage so i had someones old garbage. The hallways and elevator smelled luke a sweaty saddke blanket. Rooms did not smell great either. Bed was clean, thank god. I called down for a late check out, phone by the bed did not work, lamp was incredible hard to turn on. The other phone went straight to a busy signal. Kept trying, straight to busy. Called the coast with my cell phone. It rang and rang and rang so i walked down to the fton4 lobby and she had the phone off the hook. Sermed upset that people kept calling...weird. im like well ate you going to answer your calls and she said that people kept calling etc... idk but is that not her job... i was granted a later check out for noon but never again. I booked with ******* and got the biggest and best room but they were going to put me in a lil cluttered box that gave me anxiety. Very upsetting. The hotel is so stuffy and smelly, cluttered and outdated.

The bar was not stocked at all. Staff was hard to understand because they don’t speak English very well. This is Canada not India. I didn’t even receive an invoice for my stay. I was charged $100 over top of what I found the booking to be. I am not happy.

I did find a dead bug by the toilet, and the toilet isnway too small for seniours who have hip surgery.
