Booked a premium king suite but got a old, smelly, small cluttered with outdated furniture. Tild staff who just moved me to a bigger, old, cluttered room. The curtsuns were on backwards and did not cover the window. They didn't empty the garbage so i had someones old garbage. The hallways and elevator smelled luke a sweaty saddke blanket. Rooms did not smell great either. Bed was clean, thank god. I called down for a late check out, phone by the bed did not work, lamp was incredible hard to turn on. The other phone went straight to a busy signal. Kept trying, straight to busy. Called the coast with my cell phone. It rang and rang and rang so i walked down to the fton4 lobby and she had the phone off the hook. Sermed upset that people kept calling...weird. im like well ate you going to answer your calls and she said that people kept calling etc... idk but is that not her job... i was granted a later check out for noon but never again. I booked with ******* and got the biggest and best room but they were going to put me in a lil cluttered box that gave me anxiety. Very upsetting. The hotel is so stuffy and smelly, cluttered and outdated.

Staff are very friendly, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little lumpy. I have arthritis in my neck so I have to be careful about pillows. Other than that, my stay was great.

Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time, we were not bothered by the construction materials in the lobby. Our room was on the main floor and was conveniently located near the closest exit to where our vehicles were parked. Parking was not a problem even with a 20+ long cargo van. Despite being quite full for a weekday, the hotel was very quiet and the beds were quite comfy. We were both able to get a good night's sleep after a long drive into Lethbridge. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant which was only 10 minutes away making it very convenient. We had breakfast at the Firestone Restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent as well as was our server. My only minor beef would be that the room could have been cleaner than what we expected it to be.

The property is in a location that suited our needs with an excellent restaurant located right on premises. The parking was the only downfall since the lot was way over full.

We booked a suite with ******* and was still charged the same price even though all the suites were being renovated. We had a standard room in much need of it’s own renovation. Would be nice to reimburse people if they are not getting what they paid for.

Room was not clean when I checked in - maid forgot to clean the next day too. Construction everywhere was not disclosed on website. Drunk man with shirt off lying on lobby couch with empty liquor bottle

Stay away until renovations are over.

Extensive renovations underway without notice. Hallways very scary - hanging wires, taped over fire extinguishers and ripped off wallpaper.
