我最近在“Lemon tree premier”餐厅用餐体验非常棒。我想特别赞扬一下主厨Devashish，我点的开胃菜完美地融合了甜菜根的清香、奶酪的醇厚和意面的酸爽，口感层次丰富。我的主菜是素食，烹饪得恰到好处，搭配的薄荷酱更是锦上添花。餐厅氛围温馨舒适，柔和的灯光和轻柔的交谈声营造出轻松惬意的夜晚氛围。服务员包括Mayukh、Neha、Lakit、Ranjeet和实习生Devanjana。总经理Abhishek知识渊博、热情友好，并给了我很多不错的建议。总而言之，这是一次非常棒的用餐体验，我已经迫不及待地想再去品尝他们的招牌甜点了。
Service is amazing , staffs are very friendly and helpful . Food is actually good . I’ve asked for Kolkata style biriyani they promised and provided . The main and best part is brownie with vanilla ice cream , damn good and yummy ❤️

The hotel staff was so pleasant and respectfully....Also gonna mention about "CHOCALATE BROWNIE" it was was way too yummm ...forced to have it twice ☺️❤️❤️

I have a lovely stay in the hotel for two days and the staff was genuinely helpful especially all the catering staff and Mr Mustafir who took the initiative to ask us about experiences and made it better.
房间内设施比较齐全，而且比较新，整体上入住体验还不错。
酒店内的早餐也挺好吃的。
根据Trip.com上的信息，酒店提供免费班车服务，但实际上并没有。当我询问这项服务时，他们说这不是免费的，需要支付1200卢比，这相当昂贵。他们应该删除虚假广告，并查查词典里“免费”到底是什么意思。
前台的服务也不够专业，我办理入住时，他们没有告知我任何基本信息。他们没有告诉我退房时间、如何使用Wi-Fi、我的房间在哪里、电梯在哪里等等。

入住期间我身体不适，柑橘酒店的员工对我照顾得无微不至。他们细致周到、和蔼可亲，真心实意地关心我的舒适度。他们的帮助意义重大，让原本艰难的处境变成了一次愉快的体验。我衷心感谢他们热情周到的服务。
服务很好。氛围很好，服务一流。从入住到退房，酒店的服务让我非常满意。我真的很喜欢这里的房间和工作人员，他们总是把房间打扫得干干净净。我要感谢 Sanjit bar、Debasis、Tariq 和 Mohit 的辛勤工作。
很抱歉，这是第一次有酒店不接我的电话，不是一次，不是两次，而是连续两天三次。前台团队不接电话，我真的很不高兴。之后我不得不在其他酒店预订房间。
