Nice hotel in Campbell River, right next to a mall with shops. Free parking. Short walk across the street to other bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable. Nice little breakfast to get you started in the mornings, nothing fancy, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, pastries etc and lovely staff. Bar is great which serves great food at nights and the staff there particularly the lady are great. Would definitely return.

Had a fabulous mid-week visit to The Coast and it was superb from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and super helpful. I usually have at least one question but they covered it all. The restaurant appears to have a new menu and the seafood pasta was spectacular! My companion had the chicken fingers and it was a huge portion with the perfect amount of batter, and not greasy at all. Our room greeted us with a view of the ocean and ferry, reminding us of this hotel’s perfect location, which also allowed us to walk everywhere. So thankful to be close to the Freya croissant café! We had a wonderful sleep in the comfy bed with ample pillows, and the room coffee was not even too bad. Little did we know a full breakfast awaited us! Not a continental, no. We had eggs and bacon and toast and hashbrowns! Anyway, this is a great spot if you wanna explore the area on foot or by car, and also if you are taking the ferry to Quadra and/or Cortes.

我们看到一些关于这家酒店的差评，所以对这家酒店充满期待！酒店的入口并没有让人抱有太大的期望，一到酒店正门，就能明显感觉到酒店的位置并不理想。不过，前台接待热情周到，效率很高。我们发现，由于人手不足，我们入住的那个周末餐厅关门了。这可不是个好兆头。不过，酒店给了我们一些关于晚餐地点的实用建议。房间很小，床很舒服，但浴室是我们在英国酒店见过的最小的浴室之一。当然，浴室空间小到连坐在马桶上关门都不够。不过，也算不上像有些人说的那样糟糕，总之，可以稍微改改，继续生活！酒店标配早餐，份量很足，虽然显然达不到五星级的标准，但也没什么可抱怨的。停车免费。酒店外面的环境不太好，但坎贝尔河整体看起来相当破败。
我们的房间没有空调，而且俯瞰着停车场。所有公共区域都感觉像病房。早餐非常简单。即使在没有新冠疫情的情况下，让客人自己动手从包装袋里拿出吐司也不太合理。
