I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous *** and I warn you to stay away from the hotel. Below are photos of black spot and scratches he caused. When I reached out to *******, the case manager said he could not help me file a complaint against Sunny.

Very clean nice rooms. Overall good service. I stayed there with a small group and everyone enjoyed the stay. Breakfast, dinner was good. Nice rooftop terras. Good place to stay in McLeodganj. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpfull.

Nice location good staff superb view good food weather is also good I love this place enjoyed a lot "The rooms were immaculate and very Comfortable the hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks".The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options".

We were a family of 12 members.We got a family in the staff & owner of the hotel.We had a most fantastic stay here and had well trained amenable staff all through our stay.We wish to visit again & this is surely a value for money good boutique hotel. Just one suggestion to hotel staff -Install Mobile Boosters at certain areas.

Very nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff and receptionist. Rooms and restaurant as expected of the quality promised. Good view good location. The food at the hotel was absolutely amazing and delicious. Amazing view from roof top restaurant. And special thanks to Mr Lucky to make my trip unforgettable..

Hotel is very nice and so is the staff. Amazing & Peaceful stay we had in here. Very co-operative staff members. The cafe on 4th floor is amazing here. We really enjoyed & would like to pay them visit in future as well. Rooms are very neat & clean. Highly recommended.

Great location. Amazing views. Great food. The best view from Premium Valley View rooms. Very courteous staff. They will try to help out as much as possible. Special thanks to Mr. Lucky. Great for families as well as couples. Excellent rooftop restaurant.
