Unhygienic, toilet wasn't clean,AC not working..when you are called to room service they put phone on hold.
Even they didn't give GST bills.

This hotel is not good for a family stay, the infrastructure and ambience is sad. There electricity outage during the night. Staff is not at all professionals.

we have visited mundra with family last week, got a good offer through online.Hotel was sanitized. Room Clean , We spend our time in gym , nice gym , trust me it was a big gym with moderen equipment in entire Mundra, My wife took spa , price very reasonable. We are happy with hotel shiva club and resort service.

Pathetic experience. Unprofessional behaviour. The hotel is in a mall. It’s not a resort. Completely unsafe.
