Room was very clean!! Large suite! Only room left but got it for a great price. Comfortable bed, room temperature was right. Shower pressure was great and plenty of towels. Love that you can check in online and get a digital key to skip the front desk. Only thing I would suggest is the front desk staff to great guest as they are coming in as I was not greeted. One of the staff members did speak when I left and came back in from getting food but the other times I left the hotel, I was not acknowledged. Loved the amenties as well. Very close to nearby restaurants and Harris Teeters is right across the street. About 18 minutes from Uptown with light traffic. Heavy traffic took about 25 minutes to get there. Would stay again if ever in the area.

我和我丈夫刚入住房间，就闻到一股恶臭，我在里面待了不到五分钟。前台的那位先生试图帮我解决问题，但我脚踝刚做了两次手术，还在恢复期，所以我才特意要求住带无障碍淋浴间的房间。结果那个房间味道太难闻了，无障碍淋浴间也很脏。于是他给我们换了一间带步入式淋浴间的房间，但这并没有更好，因为没有我丈夫的帮助，我根本进不去也出不来。
我觉得这对我以及其他行动不便的客人来说，都是一种极大的不尊重。

我打电话是因为飞机延误了，我们凌晨一点以后才办理入住。我们只是想确保有人知道这件事。结果我遇到了两个态度最差的工作人员。要不是他们，我会给更高的评价。房间不大，浴室几乎比房间还大。沙发不能拉开，只有幼儿才能睡在上面。
这是我一年内第二次入住汉普顿酒店，两次体验都很糟糕。多年来，我一直被汉普顿酒店的糟糕体验折磨得死去活来。最近两次入住（格林斯伯勒和夏洛特）更是糟糕透顶，床铺极其不舒服。这次在夏洛特，我第一晚凌晨一点就退房了。我开车去了街对面另一家酒店入住。我实在无法忍受在汉普顿酒店再经历一次糟糕的失眠之夜。
我预订了一间配备两张大床的房间，结果到达后被告知房间已满，只能提供一张特大床。218号房间的天花板上有霉菌。我们提前两个月预订，却没能得到我们要求的房间，真是太令人失望了。
还会再住这里
酒店不错，清洁度也还行，可惜淋浴间的状况影响了整体印象。
附近有市场和餐馆，长期住宿非常方便。
前台的索菲亚对客人态度粗鲁、冷淡。
