Every time the fan kicked on it would make a loud clicking sound, 14 times, every time. I could not turn it off and it kept me up all night. Thankfully they let me switch rooms for the next night and that room was nice and quiet. Very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was very polite.

Parking was good. Location was close to the hospital which is what we were looking for. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of choices for someone with a gluten allergy. I was able to eat a boiled egg and yogurt.

Our room was missing part of the security bolt on the door. We felt a bit uneasy without this safety feature.
Only ice machine was out of order and/or empty. We mentioned it to staff. Waited about an hour. Same condition existed and staff said they would “call someone.

They didn’t have hot chocolate out, had to ask for it. Variety of breakfast was not great. The room above us was so loud, sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Stomping around at 12:30 am, this went on for quite sometime.

Newer facility, clean and well maintained, comfy beds. Very friendly staff. Could use more parking like most hotels.

Everything was perfect. The only challenge was that the dumpster was right outside my window and was collected around 5 am. I had arrived in around 2 so it woke me up at a rather inconvenient time. Otherwise all was great!

This hotel was nice when it opened, but now the bedding is getting thin. I’m pretty sure I smelled aftershave on my blanket, so they’re not changing the bedding between stays, which is just gross. I don’t know if I’ll be staying here again.
