Great experience, the only thing was the cleanness of the breakfast area. We would find dirty plates and cups and one day we got expired milk, other than that everything was excellent.

不错的酒店——可惜的境遇
酒店员工很棒，但最初给我们安排的房间不太好。我们预订这家酒店是因为它离我和我丈夫要去听的一场音乐会很近。我们最初被安排的房间是1号房——不是我预订的那种（我预订的是一张大床，结果我们拿到的是两张大床）——这倒不是个问题，但很烦人。最让人抓狂的是，一进门，烟雾探测器就开始鸣叫。我去了前台，发现两件事：1号房——预订了某种类型的房间并不意味着就能得到那种类型的房间。结果发现他们超额预订了，我很幸运能在那里被安排到房间。2号房——他们的维修人员不在酒店，直到第二天才能修好警报器。我们被告知要把电池拆下来，他们会在早上处理。我们试着这么做了，想着只要电池就可以了，因为我不会睡在没有烟雾探测器的酒店房间里（我想沃斯堡消防局也不希望任何人睡在那里）。我只是想让我丈夫在演出前小睡一会儿，因为他从凌晨 3:30 就起床工作了。总之，我们发现它是硬接线的，电池只是在断电时备用的。我们回到大堂，然后他们给了我们另一个房间。这似乎只是我们偶然遇到的一个意外。前台人员非常友好，并向我们表示歉意。我们以前住过这里，以后还会再住。我只希望我不会再遇到烟雾探测器失灵的房间。
前台的那位女士（一位女士）很粗鲁，客户服务态度很差。那是一个非常繁忙的周末，她一点礼貌都没有。她告诉我坐下来等一下，而我提前 3 个月就预订了。另一位女士非常友善。当我打电话询问我的账户上多出的 10 美元费用时，她又很粗鲁。我说你肯定是我在办理入住手续时与之交谈的那位粗鲁的女士，她说“可能”。她不仅对我粗鲁，而且对大厅里的其他人也很粗鲁。非常不专业！！！
