I love the friendly staff, especially Justin and Sophia! The resirt is clean and kept in great condition. My favorite is that it is right on the beach!

We spent three days here and they were perfect. Our room was ready at check in. It had a minimal ocean view from the balcony, but it was better than just the street view. Our one bedroom unit had two bathrooms (showers are a little narrow which causes the shower curtain to touch you). We also had a washer and dryer in the unit, which is helpful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Parking garage was nice and we always found a spot. The pool was perfect and loungers were fairly easy to find. The fitness center was decent. It had several cardio and weight machines. It also had free weights. There’s not much room to work if there’s more than a few people in there at the same time. They offer a water fitness class once a week. It would be nice to have a few more offered. There was a day they cooked hot dogs and hamburgers for everyone for a free lunch. Chip and pop/water were also available. This is a very nice place to stay.

On night one, the rooms we reserved were not provided, the elevators broke, and we were using the only stairwell (the fire escape). The door to each floor was locked, so we could not access our room. This hotel feels like when a DIY flipper is trying to make a buck, slaps new paint in the walls, and says remodeled, let’s charge double. The front desk provided poor to no service on every issue we had. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

The resort was recently renovated inside and out. Our room had new paint and furniture; the outside was painted white and looks very good. Front desk and Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was out for a while, but was repaired before we left.

Sophia was amazing at check in. Let me check in early, and even upgraded my room. My stay was fantastic thanks to her. Room is beautiful. View is great. Wonderful pools and beach too. I can't thank Sophia enough for making my 2025 ownership one to remember.

My wife and I stayed at the Royal Vista the second week of December. The resort was fully renovated this year and is in exceptional condition. Our room was a huge one-bedroom suite with two full baths, full kitchen, hot tub, corner wrap-around balcony, dining and living areas, washer & dryer, foyer, and lots of closet space. The suite was totally renovated including all new flooring, furniture, and I believe all bathroom and kitchen features. The king bed was very comfortable. The only negative was our room was not ready by the 4:00 PM check-in time. In compensation, the manager gave us two free cocktails at the resort bar. The resort staff was very positive and accommodating especially Sophia, who gifted us a bottle of wine in honor of our 43rd Wedding anniversary celebrated during our stay.

We had a nice stay at the resort. People were very nice and friendly and attentive. Everyone except the bartender at the tiki bar. When I asked her for a specific drink she complained about making it. Then I asked for another drink and got mad about me asking questions because it was late and I was using a drink coupon the resort gave us. She was older and miserable so if you see her at the bar avoid her and you should have a great time.

Where to begin … not much to do in the area at all . Can’t go out in balcony or outside and not smell cig smoke . God luck having your doors open to watch the storms . Water was nasty. Sand was nasty littered uncombed . Some of the Staff were decent minus , one lady kept calling me by someone else’s name and thought it was comical . My ac kept going out in my room annd was extremely loud I had to download a noise app to cancel out the ac on and off / and it smelled like old smoke . You can’t see the ocean they have buildings behind the main one . The place for you to get food on site has scheduled hours they don’t adhere to and if you do catch someone there it’s as tho you’re a problem asking for an order . Pool was overcrowded an icebox also no hot tub There’s more but I’ll leave it alone. This area / traffic and trip has been by far the worst one for me.

Pools not heated No hot tub at this property City shut the power off at noon to change a transformer out. Wyndham should give us part of our points back. !!! Worst vaca ever !!! Will. Ever come back here

Very nice Wyndham time share property. Convenient to beach, dining, and shops. Property has swimming pool. Room was actually a two room suite. Bedroom was large and included a spa tub. Kitchen was good as were bedrooms and living area. There were two accesses to balcony from bedroom and living room.
