Your cottages are the dirtiest/non working place we have ever stayed at in all our years. 1. Your coffee cups were dirty 2. Your towels were dirty 3. Your bathroom dirty 4. Some lights not working 5. I was quoted $50 and you charged $55 6. Pool was not running 7. Fridge wasn't working 8. Dirty glasses 9. No swimming towels 10. Outside cushion covers dirty 11. No kettle jugs 12. No TV We stayed 1- 1/2 we took are suitcase out the front of reception and you (Manager) rode pass us and never stopped to question, if we were ok. We will NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COTTAGES to anyone. The only reason we stayed was it was recommended by a friend.

I stopped in at Candidasa for a few days. I stayed up the road from this little hotel. My trip to Candidasa was to check out some long term options for a longer stay in October. I probably inspected close to 10 different hotels during my 3 days here. This one will be my chosen accommodation for 7 weeks in October. It’s right on the water - beachfront. All rooms are spotlessly clean, lots of staff doing lots of cleaning. Pool was crystal clear. Breakfast is included. The wifi is hit and miss although the owner assured me it’s getting fixed. The owners are currently updating and renovating all the rooms, one by one, so no interference to guests. If this place doesn’t live up to expectations I’ll certainly put in a different review.

Unfortunately we could not stay there. I booked a sea view room with tv. Firstly there was no tv in the room, then we couldn’t get any wifi. So changed room to garden view with wifi and tv. As we were settling in when we noticed how bad the room was. It was very run down. Photos on site does not depict this. There was a horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom that made me want to vomit. On further inspection, we saw that there was mould in the shower area, mould in the fridge, power points dangling, and just dirt and dust from poor housekeeping. We could not stay for even a night. Spoke with manager and we even offered to pay for one night accommodation even though we didn’t stay. She took the nights accommodation plus 20% booking fee!! Although location and view is great, it was definitely not worth the nightly rate!! We found beautiful accommodation down the road for our stay. Be cautious of this place.

Great location if you like being right on the beach front to watch the waves, but no beach access. Heavy wave and surf action can be very noisy at night.
Pool is nice, and gazebos and rotundas provide nice shaded seating to enjoy the views.

This property or room was run down dirty and air con sounded like a truck running all night.
Couldn’t see bottom of pool it was so dirty.
Furniture needs repair, and broken toilet seat, that every time I used the toilet, the seat slipped and nearly fell off. It’s an insult to the Australian people.

Fantastic location and wonderful friendly staff.If you want a no frills relaxing holiday then this is your place.Many good restaurants within easy walking distance.

这家酒店绝对不能住！我们本来预订了两晚，作为我们旅行中的一站，结果住了4个小时就退房了。原因是我们房间里没水，尽管我们多次询问，问题也没解决。我们联系了携程，他们非常努力地帮助我们。酒店拒绝了我们的退订请求，他们认为没水（而且过了好几个小时还是没水）不算退订理由。携程页面上这家酒店的照片肯定是很久以前的了，因为连酒店的外部环境都不再是那个样子了，更别提房间了。此外，通常都会提供饮用水，但我们连水都没拿到，还得去小卖部自己买。
我们会向旅游协会正式投诉这家酒店，因为我们不是唯一遇到这种情况的客人。我们后来找到的酒店也说，他们已经多次收留过从这家酒店过来的客人了，因为这种情况经常发生。所以，千万别住这家酒店！
酒店位置很好，工作人员非常愉快，空调不起作用，地板和餐厅的清洁度仍需要改进
