I strongly advise against booking Chandra Imperial Hotel in Jodhpur. Our experience was extremely disappointing. After confirming the booking, the staff’s attitude changed completely – they were uncooperative, rude, and showed no interest in listening to guests' concerns. Customer service was poor, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and comfortable, and unfortunately, this hotel failed badly in that regard. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel was in a good location, staff were polite and courteous. The only improvement point is the food. We had ordered Tandoori Aloo and it was not cooked at all. Breakfast had options but tasted bland. Rest all was fine. Good place for family.

This is very close to the airport, rooms are spacious and clean. Good restaurant. Happy about the service response. All this at reasonable rate.
