Lobby area, hallways and room was very clean and well maintained. The only thing I could think of that was unfavorable was the room above us sounded like they were dropping something constantly and we're stomping back and forth from 6am until about 830am but that is not the hotels fault one bit. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was clean so that’s a big plus. The air conditioning did not work properly. When we first checked in we turned it down and it cooled off. During the night it was not working and it was miserable. Did not sleep much at all because of that. Not sure if hotel actually controls that and turns it off or up, but about 10 am in the morning or starting cooling again, so made me think they do. Had king sized bed with 3 very small pillows for two people. Did not sleep comfortably with that either. Breakfast was very minimal and just ok. Didn’t enjoy the stay as we were unable to rest well. Disappointing

My partner and I were in town for a family wedding and stayed for 3 nights. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were, over the top, friendly and helpful with anything we needed. They allowed us to gather with family outside on the patio and checked on us several times. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great and we loved the patio area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Everything great but no internet on 2nd floor
It was all great and Trevor at the front desk was really helpful, calm, and nice. The only problem was that I could not get internet in my room on the second floor, which was annoying. He came up multiple times to try different things but no go.

I would like to start out by saying the gentlemen that worked at the front desk was very kind and tried to help however he could.
Upon arrival I checked into my room and made sure everything was clean and orderly. The first thing I noticed was hair all over one of the pillows. When I went to check the bathroom I found the floors to be absolutely filthy. There was hair everywhere. Not just a couple hairs either, it was filthy. It was not close to acceptable. I called the front desk and politely told the young man my situation. I explained that it was probably just overlooked but I would appreciate if someone could come and clean the bathroom floor and bring me a clean pillowcase. He was very apologetic and called for house cleaning. He did let me know that it may be a little bit because they were very busy at the moment. I said that was fine because we would be leaving and wouldn’t be back to the room until late so that would leave plenty of time to fix everything. When we returned the pillowcase had been changed but the floor had never been cleaned. I was very disappointed. I had to use a hand towel to sweep the floor and pile the hair and filth in a corner to get it somewhat tolerable. I understand that nothing will be spotless and things are easily overlooked, but when I politely gave a chance to rectify the problem and it was ignored, thats not ok. We made do but I wasn’t pleased. I won’t be staying here again if I have other choices. Cleanliness is a huge issue for me.

This is a nice hotel with big rooms. If you’re going to stay here, I would recommend earplugs and eye mask. They only have shades on the windows and not curtains so soon as the sun‘s up your room is bright. I’ve never had a hotel room before where the light in the fire alarm on the ceiling lit up the room every 10 minutes when it blinked.

Don't pay with debit card
There was a sign on the counter that explained what happens when you pay with debit. I asked the desk clerk what that meant. She said don't worry about that. It doesn't apply to you- you're prepaid. They just take 3% for paying with debit. They took more out of my account then I paid to stay there. When I called later to ask why that is they said my institution is holding it, not them. I explained what happened the previous night and no sympathy. The sign was cryptic which is why I asked the desk clerk! I travel extensively and haven't had to deal with this. Typically they waive the fee. So now I'm short $100 for a 1 night stay. Disappointed that people are penalized because they don't have a credit card. That is cash when will now be available to me in potentially 30 days when my vacation is over. Poor practice for an industry that benefits from vacationers. Will not stay again. To be fair the rooms were nice and clean...is that worth it for poor customer service? Not for me!

I found dogfood on the floor as soon as i entered the room kinda makes you think if the floor was not vacuumed what else hasn't been done?

Sleeping employee!!!
I had a work related emergency, requested a refund, but they were unable to approve it, telling me that the next time I book I should book directly with them and not use the third party! Weird but okay, but I have a huge complaint, our room was nice but it smelled horrible like mold, as soon as u stepped in I smelled mold! The smell never went away even after leaving to buy some Lysol and spraying Lysol all evening, they may have a bigger underlying issue with mold and I think they need to be told, which I intended on doing at check out, however another work emergency came up, I had to check out at 0315 and when we got downstairs the hotel employee was asleep in the chair by the tv, she didn’t wake up as we stood there for about 5 minutes, the door opened and then she woke up, still sitting mind u and then asked , do u need a receipt!
