We booked a 2 bedroom suite at the Staybridge Suites because I was traveling with my husband and 2 children, 17 year old boys. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they were sold out of the 2 bedroom suite and instead, they said they would put us in rooms right next to each other. I asked if there were any adjoining rooms and they said no. I explained that it was just the 2 boys and me, so we really needed a 2 bedroom suite/adjoining rooms because the boys are minors and I needed to watch them. Bethany said the best she could do was 2 rooms right next to each other, so she gave me the keys to 2 rooms and sent us to the elevator. She passed us on her way out of the hotel as we were getting in the elevator.
When we got to the 3rd floor, I realized that I was booked in room 330 and the two boys, under 18 years old, were booked in room 221. Not only were the rooms not next to each other, they were on completely different floors! We went back to the front desk where I talked to Sam. Sam said there was nothing he could do, he couldn't change our rooms, they were sold out. VERY disappointed. One, that the room I booked was not available; two, that a reasonable substitute was not provided; three, that two teenage boys had to stay in a room by themselves on a separate floor than the booking adult; and four that staff didn't seem to care or be willing to problem-solve. This is completely unacceptable.

Would Stay Again
This was a quick overnight stop while passing through the area. Some issues noted in our specific room would be: Staining on the stools in kitchen area, dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty counters, the refrigerator was very noisy, and the HVAC system, which the access door is in the bedroom, woke us up every time it clicked on. Sleep was lacking that night. We did not utilize the breakfast with exception of grabbing coffee but looked like the typical hotel offerings. Offers free laundry, which is a great bonus. Although it was busy (college golf kids staying), it was very quiet. The area was clean, apears safe, and had a ton of dinner options in the area. Overall, the hotel is a good option and would stay again if passing through the area.

Great place
I love this place. I stay here when traveling back and forth from New Orleans to Indiana. I travel with two small dogs and this place is very accommodating. Everyone is so friendly!

We were very pleased with our stay. Bed and pillows ver, very comfortable!The only thing I would add is brighter lights in mirror areas and a door to separate sink from bedroom to control light and sound of hair dryer if someone was still sleeping. We will stay here again!

First time stay
We traveled to celebrate my birthday. This was our first time staying here. Tney offer light housekeeping Monday-Friday. We arrived on Thursday did not receive new towels on Friday nor did our trash get emptied. According to their sign at front desk both of those come under ligjt house keeping. We ended up just setting out our trash amd they did pick that up. The place was very nice and clean. A great breakfast provided. We come to this area often and will consider this place again as long as their prices are competitive .

AMAZING PLACE WITH MY BEST FRIEND
Absolutely beautiful place...town and hotel! This is a must place to visit and this hotel was top notch. Plus the employees were so very nice!!
