It was a clean room and The front desk staff was amazing !(Apologies for the life of me i cant think of his name uuuggghh😔Lets call him TalkingTom!! He was so easy going and helpful. From my past experience of arriving into town in the wee hours of the night with a reservation. Its always your 3rd shift staff thats getting woke from there midshift nap!!😒 and im always taken back by such poor customer service. Ofc because of being woke up from such great dream( ON THE EMPLOYERS DIME might I add lol).
Anywho to my suprise not this guy ! Talking Tom's, service skills where inviting , knowledgeable, and very good!! Tom should Hire and train all staff . Thanks Americas Best #oyo

I reserved a non smoking room and was given a room that wreaked of cigarette smoke. I requested to change rooms and got a room with a filthy bathroom. The cleaning staff argued with me that the room was not dirty, but front desk person agreed that I was correct. I do have pictures. I will be requesting a refund due to having to find a different place to stay.

It smelled really bad, the bathroom door didn’t close, could not take a shower because of dirty it was, the bed was dirty, the sheets and pillows smelled bad there was too much noise

Rooms were filthy , used soap in the shower , food boxes left in the room. Morros were filthy. Front desk does not work over night for any issues and are not around till 9 am the next day. It’s gross

Doesn’t have an ice maker so guests can have ice, had to ask for towels.

The rooms and property were vastly different from the pictures on the site. The hotel is in a state of total disrepair. The room was filthy.
说实话，我根本不该入住这家酒店。服务太差了。他们带我看的所有房间都很脏，不仅仅是地板，床上也有很多头发，毯子明显都没换过。我不得不出去买床罩和毯子才能睡着。浴室的马桶外面和浴缸里都有尿液。我不得不提前退房，因为浴缸太脏了，我感觉在那里泡澡很不舒服。除此之外，他们还想因为我提前离开房间而罚款。他们带我看了三个不同的房间，但三个房间都很糟糕。
