It smelled really bad, the bathroom door didn’t close, could not take a shower because of dirty it was, the bed was dirty, the sheets and pillows smelled bad there was too much noise

Rooms were filthy , used soap in the shower , food boxes left in the room. Morros were filthy. Front desk does not work over night for any issues and are not around till 9 am the next day. It’s gross

Worst Hotel ever.
This hotel made a clerical error when I extended my stay. I told them to have me stay through MONDAY, they only put me down through Sunday, then harassed me and my elderly (84 years old) mother consistently, even threatening me with police if we did not leave.
The bathtub had no hot water, the sink didn't work and the tub was chipped and uncomfortable.
There was also no clean towels the entire time we stayed (Almost two weeks) and the service was just VERY POOR.
Do not bother staying here. It's a horrible, horrible place.

Horrible, was exhausted from travel checked in and crashed out. Woke up couple hours later and found the room to be absolutely nasty. Black mold above the air conditioner which didn't have any controls. Feces in the toilet, garbage. I tried to check out immediately but no one was at the desk. Checked out as soon as someone showed up in the morning (literally waited in my car 4 hours. I want a refund for the remainder of my booking. Health department is being called Monday and I have filed a claim with the travel insurance company

The staff was friendly although the place is in terrible shape. I took the loss and stayed elsewhere. The door was flimsy, the peep hole was a literal hole through the door, sketchy people hanging around. I didn’t feel safe at all. There were big garbage bins that were all full, it is clearly one of those places were people live. Sheets were stained and dirty, a beer bottle cap fell out of the sheets. Do not recommend.

This hotel is not Americas Best. Clerk said it has changed hands. I better have not been charged for it.

说实话,我根本不该入住这家酒店。服务太差了。他们带我看的所有房间都很脏,不仅仅是地板,床上也有很多头发,毯子明显都没换过。我不得不出去买床罩和毯子才能睡着。浴室的马桶外面和浴缸里都有尿液。我不得不提前退房,因为浴缸太脏了,我感觉在那里泡澡很不舒服。除此之外,他们还想因为我提前离开房间而罚款。他们带我看了三个不同的房间,但三个房间都很糟糕。
