studio房型不错,晴天阳光照进来很好看。离地铁站近出行方便。没有酒店服务更是公寓类型,在这住几天体验还可以。
房间还是蛮大的,交通也方便,最近的地铁站只有200米。就是酒店房间的设施有点差,洗碗机居然是坏的,碗洗了一半。第二天特意和前台说了,晚上回到公寓,换了前台,一个深色肤色包着头巾的年轻女性,可以说态度恶劣,一问三不知,一脸不耐烦。但是换了本地人和她说时,又明显态度可以了。
房间面积在伦敦绝对属于大的,只是房间的灯实在不太亮。交通地铁出行,地铁口离公寓也方便,2,3分钟时间,附近超市购物,可以自己做饭。只是这服务实在差,洗衣机是坏的,洗到一半绝然漏水,只能在一边擦。第二天和前台沟通,晚上回家再询问,绝然是一问三不知,还不耐烦。
房间有一点异味,但好在设施较为齐全,有电磁炉烤箱锅碗瓢盆等,可以做饭。离地铁站很近,走路3-4分钟。可以坐地铁抵达主要景点。
去年开始因为工作原因断断续续在这家酒店住,加起来将近半年。光是这次,我就住了整整两个月,但这段时间的经历,真的让我对这家所谓“设计感高级公寓”彻底失望。
去年入住第一周就发生严重安全事故:前台把我房卡发给了陌生人,对方在我洗澡时直就要接刷卡进门。如果不是我反应快,后果不堪设想。酒店对此仅仅只是口头道歉,象征性地送了一张面包券(就是在酒店自己的咖啡馆换一个面包)
后来我出于安全考虑装了个小型摄像头,自用防盗,没录音没分享。结果呢?我投诉清洁员穿鞋踩我被子后,他们居然反过来用“骚扰、隐私、性犯罪”等字眼威胁我,让我撤掉摄像头,否则就不再打扫房间。这是什么操作?报复投诉?吓唬长期住客?
更离谱的是他们的打扫制度:一周才打扫一次,不提前告诉你具体几点来,给你一个“早上9点到下午5点”的模糊时间段,然后要求你人不能在房间。也就是说,要么你一整天待命随时离开,要么你就放弃这次打扫。对长期住客完全不友好。
还有更可笑的事:我这两个月的整个入住期间,房间只提供了一双拖鞋,整整两个月都没补过! 我反复问、反复催,前台就一句“缺货”,然后就再也没消息。伦敦市中心均价每晚200镑的酒店,连拖鞋都配不上是吧?
我最后选择不再使用他们的任何服务。不是不需要,是因为完全失去了信任。没有责任感,没有服务意识,更没有最起码的尊重。
Leman Locke外表光鲜,照片很好看,实际服务态度差,管理混乱。
真心不推荐,尤其不适合独居女性或长期住客。越住越憋屈。
很棒的酒店。交通便利,靠近地铁站和许多公交线路。办理入住手续很方便,公寓设施齐全,空间很大。值得推荐!
地理位置特别得好,他就在aldergate那个地铁站旁边,只需要走上不到5分钟就可以直接到他一楼check in,就能够入住了。整个入住那块儿前台的服务特别的好,特别的友善,一进去之后,一楼是一个咖啡厅,特别的温馨。但是入住的房间从上楼以后的楼道和房间内都会比较闷,呕的味道不是很舒服,我们住了七天那个房子越住越闷,他因为没有窗户,也没有换气的就会很闷;另外就是说好当时要周四打扫卫生,但是一直没有打扫,周五再说的时候我们都回来了,都已经晚上快六点了,结果还在打扫,就是整个白天的时间也都没有打扫,如果能把这个改善一下就更好了~
我在Leman Locke住了四天,体验非常棒。房间很宽敞,还有一个小客厅,感觉就像住在家里一样。洗衣机是个很棒的额外设施,厨房设备也很齐全,有电磁炉和烤箱,随时都可以自己做饭。
客户服务也非常出色——他们甚至还送了一瓶免费的红酒和小吃,考虑到我是来度蜜月的,这份心意真的很周到。酒店一楼有咖啡厅,地下室有健身房,无论是喝咖啡还是健身都很方便。他们周日还提供免费的瑜伽课程,不过需要提前注册。
酒店位置也是一大亮点。附近有Tesco Express超市,如果你喜欢韩国菜和珍珠奶茶,街对面就有地道的选择。从Aldgate East地铁站步行到酒店只需5到8分钟。
虽然酒店可能不在伦敦市中心,但这里很安静,而且离地铁站也很近。
总的来说,Leman Locke无论是舒适度、便利性还是优质服务,都是一个绝佳的选择!
安全,离地铁站和很多餐馆都很近。楼下的咖啡店咖啡味道不错。
这次住宿真是太棒了!房间很舒适,设施一应俱全,感觉就像个小公寓,非常完美。
线上办理入住手续很方便,到店后在大屏幕上操作也很顺利,甚至还去使用了健身房,体验很不错!
早上退房时,工作人员非常友善和蔼。
下次我肯定还会再来住的!
