I cannot praise enough how much we loved Sonder! The location was perfect, with easy access to Vanderbilt, downtown, shopping, restraunts and of course our son, who lives nearby. The rooms were spacious, and very clean. We are very particular and well traveled, throughout the world, and I can put this apartment up against very high priced suites. The bed was very comfortable! The parking garage was priceless (though we paid extram it was well worht it). We will stay again when we are back too visit our son and daughter-in-law.

I am a Travel Agent and booked a studio apartment for very good regular clients for 5 nights . My client was promised an access code 24 hours before arrival which did not happen - just a message with an apology that they were working on it and the room was being prepared. Despite numerous whats app chats and email exchanges I was told not to worry and the code would be emailed to the client. The email arrived with the message your booking is cancelled while my client was on a transatlantic flight and due to arrive at the studio within a few hours. No offer to house my clients elsewhere even though there is a marriott 5 minutes walk away showing a long stay rate online for 5 nights. Absolutely appalling service and to top it all an email was sent out to give a score out of 5 for their service which when you try to click on one star you get an error message so you cannot leave honest feedback on their website. Sadly I will not book any other clients in this hotel. I understand things can go wrong last minute but to not offer any solution is a terrible way to treat good clients.

When we arrived, we noticed that the air conditioning was not working, not cooling properly. It was a very hot summer day in Nashville. We reached out to Sonder for assistance through the app and through the customer service number. Although we were told that a technician would come address the issue, there was no communication from or evidence that anyone came out. It remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. We are disappointed with the lack of service and communication. We will not stay at such a property again—as the lack of a real person to speak with was a problem and the poor service was unacceptable.

The hotel is on top of an event/club space. There is no mention of any of this anywhere on their website. The walls were vibrating until 2am!!! When I contacted wonder they offered me less then half of what I paid for one night and said they are not responsible for it outside noise. You put a hotel on top of a nightclub, fail to mention that and it’s not your problem? That’s not how customer service works Sonder.

We stayed in three different units consecutively. The location is great, and the facility is up to date. However, communication with the reps needs to be improved. When we stayed in a two bedroom unit, we found the handle in the shower that controlled the temperature had been installed incorrectly. When you turned it to hot, you got cold water, and vice versa. When we moved to a studio unit, the shower was leaking (the door was loose?) and making a puddle on the floor. We called Sonder both times, they said they would take care of it but never did, and we never heard back from them. We always had to call them to find out. They advertise that they are "available 24/7," and they do answer calls 24hrs, but they don't take care of issues promptly, and there's a lack of communication/follow up on any issues you report. You do get cheerful emails that say "We are so excited!" and "How was your stay?" etc. though.

The place is great! I’ve made it super easy for the cleaning staff too! Lots of closet space, you could literally fit a child’s bed in there or crib. Hope you enjoy your stay too. Blessings and Peace ✝️❤️

This is a great place to stay. It’s very clean and has everything you need. The security of a parking garage is nice as well. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to several shops and restaurants. Close to Vanderbilt too.

I loved it! The studio was great and met all my needs! I was there for school so the quiet environment was great for studying or after a long day in lab. My only suggestion or "complaint"(and I say that lightly because it's not really one) was I wish there were carts to help get your stuff from your car to the apartment. Otherwise it was awesome and I'll 100% stay again

The condo was spotless and fully stocked. Access was convenient, and well explained before my arrival. The price beats most local hotels! I especially like the added parking right there in the building, which eliminated looking for on-street parking in this bustling neighborhood.

Bed was comfortable. Space was very clean and well laid out. Love that parking is included! The location has a lot of fun restaurants and shops but very little parking. We were able to walk to Belmont.
