酒店非常美，建筑物的光影设计很美，酒店环境很美，服务很好，早餐丰富，房间很好
太棒了，可惜泳池水太冰了。
酒店硬件不错，餐厅服务特别好，有很多帅气美丽的小哥哥小姐姐。小缺点是房间水很少，打了2次电话也没送来。mini bar是空的，check in和check out因为携程的问题，都在大堂等了2个多小时，期间也没有水喝。下次会考虑专门过来度假。携程真的是没法评价，我全款预付过的订单，到酒店说携程没付款，我先付了押金入住，然后打电话给携程处理，晚上携程发消息告诉我处理好了，check out时退押金就行。我再次和携程确认，希望他们核实好，不要再出问题。携程线上承诺说没问题。check out时酒店还是说没收到付款，就这个问题我在大堂待了2、3个小时。期间还得知携程是发邮件和酒店沟通，就很无语。最后携程给了500代金券表示歉意。但是我想说我更希望旅行愉快，500元对我也没有意义，因为这个问题，旅行计划打乱，本来想退房当天开车到拉巴特还能逛一会，最后到了拉巴特酒店已经下午6点了。
