酒店回复: Hi sorry about the noisy aircon - no-one has mentioned this issue before. I don't really know what could be done about this, but I will check the unit and see if it is extra loud for a reason. We have ordered a new couch for that room and am awaiting delivery at the moment and have got the cleaners onto the tiles. Once again I apologise for your unpleasant stay.
酒店回复: I'm really sorry to hear about your bad night's sleep. I would never recommend a sofa bed for 2 adults. You certainly would of been more comfortable with a larger 2 bedroom apartment for a little extra. I have personally checked this room for cleanliness and there are no bugs or insects so I cannot understand why one person had a problem with a rash. I do apologise for your discomfort, I wish you would of come and seen us at reception as we would of endeavoured to help in some way to make your stay more pleasant. Once again we apologise for your unpleasant stay.

房间和设施都不错。浴室里放洗漱包的空间很小。水泵很吵？整晚不停地启动和停止，把我们吵醒了。还有讨厌的苍蝇，不过找到了喷雾！

房间非常宽敞，有设备齐全的厨房；浴室里甚至还有洗衣机和滚筒式烘干机。简直太棒了！！不幸的是，餐厅关门了（季末）。很棒的游泳池。

We enjoyed staying in the 1 bdr apartment. It was very comfortable, clean and had a washing machine in the room.
