Breakfast was limited and not enough choice of cereals or fruit. No HOT water for a cup of tea. Tepid out of the coffee machine. No bin or any facilities to put tea bags or empty cereal boxes.
Room was very spacious and clean which as it was the signsture suit was what I expected. A fridge in the room would have been useful and a safe.

Excellent value for money
Doing an event in Bedford so stayed the night before. Very convenient location close to Bedford, very clean and excellent value for money. Staff were efficient and friendly. Even though there was a wedding with an evening DJ we had a room at the back of the hotel and were not disturbed by the disco. Great pub less than 10 minute walk away.

Characterful Hotel in lovely grounds, we stayed in the out building which was spacious and quiet.
Room was clean and tidy and so was bathroom.
Shower was warm with good pressure, our only concern was the floor tiles got very slippery when wet, care had to be taken!
The full English Breakfast was excellent and service was very good.
Would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Stayed one night as attending concert nearby, thoroughly impressed with the hotel and staff. The rooms were very clean and spacious, bed comfy. The food we ordered for lunch was delicious and well priced. Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent value for money

We loved our stay with you.

这家酒店出乎意料地漂亮，我没想到它竟然有 60 英镑的价格（不含早餐）。
我看了照片，出于某种原因，以为这家酒店会更破旧，但我很高兴地说我错了。是的，你可以看出它曾经使用过，但它并不粗制滥造，而且一尘不染。
它似乎由精干的员工经营，但这并没有影响服务。在我用餐期间迎接我并服务我的那位员工非常令人愉快，他的客户服务技巧值得许多人学习。不幸的是，我不记得他的名字了，但他来自尼泊尔，他非常友善和热情。他是这家酒店的绝对资产。
房间很舒适，有浴缸和淋浴，水很热，很舒服。床很舒服，窗户打开后可以呼吸到新鲜空气。我没有发现任何空调，因为暖气来自散热器，温度很容易控制。
