I went to Nuwara Eliya with my wife for our anniversary and Kent Cottage was our home for the first day. The property is situated within the Little England Cottages scheme and it is a beautifully designed house. From the get go we were welcomed and greeted so warmly by Mr. Nalaka. He had made some really nice arrangements to the room since it was our anniversary. He is also very informative and would keep you engaged with a nice little chat. The room basically had everything from a nice cozy ambience, UK style furniture and and amenities from dental kits to extra towels and more. We were also given a nice breakfast the next day which was arranged beautifully. Overall our experience here was A+ and served our purpose well. Whenever we plan on visiting Nuwara Eliya, this would be our number 1 pick.

It is in a scheme of houses that with the architecture resembling English cottages. There are 40 odd houses, but only some are open for guests, like this one. The scheme is gated and guarded. The house we booked, 5th on the left was like a dream, clean and well- kept. We had a deluxe king room o the first floor and it had oodles of space and the beds to go with it. The room was wonderful as were the facilities-from bathroom slippers to shaving kits, everything was there. These facilities are found in only the 4-5 star hotels.

The place was so cozy and well maintained. Nalaka, Shashi and the Chef made our stay feel like home away from home. The kids loved the loft and was a safe place for the kids too. They had enough and more games and entertainment to keep them busy. Need to rest and holiday from you busy life? Then this is the place to be. We miss this place so dearly and would definitely be back again.

Replica of vintage property, nearly 10 years old, very clean , excellent staff behaviour and tasty food. But situated at the outskirts, wifi connection is poorest, rooms are not specious and need maintenance, in dinner only Sri Lankan dish available. In the morning found no water in the washroom till 7 AM. Overpriced for available facilities

我们预订了肯特小屋——英格兰小别墅的“豪华特大床套房，带按摩浴缸”🥳。这里环境优美，配有按摩浴缸♥️。房间宽敞，配有现代和古董家具。员工友好。😍 附言：迎宾饮料只有普通的茶，这让人很失望🙈 或许可以考虑加香料的茶？😌
我的丈夫米兰达医生提前两周为我们预订了 2023 年 8 月 13 日至 14 日的阁楼按摩浴缸，并预付了 30,000 卢比。预订由 Udari 在预订处进行。我丈夫在抵达前 2 天和前一天打电话询问房间是否已确认。预订处的 Udari 确认了预订。到达后，经过 6 小时的车程！我们被告知，同一天同一间房间已有另一名外国人预订。虽然我们先到，但他们拒绝为我们提供房间，并提到有另一个预订，未经我们的许可，他们将我们的预订降级为两间双人房。太令人失望了！在这个地方浪费了时间后，我们不得不寻找另一个地方过夜。预订处没有回复，甚至没有道歉或没有给我们房间的原因，即使我们先到！优先考虑的是外国人，而不是斯里兰卡国民。非常失望！服务非常糟糕，非常差劲。一点也不专业。永远不要推荐这个地方。服务差劲。我们将向斯里兰卡旅游发展局提出正式投诉，投诉其歧视斯里兰卡国民客户
