Not here again
Checked in wasn’t told there was no hot water
The next morning when I asked the desk about it and was told oh ya. When I came back for the night front desk gentleman said wasn’t sure if there would be hot water in my room and there wasn’t only Luke warm. Also the elevator shutters

Had a great stay. They are even dog friendly. Only down fall is the area around it right now, there is a lot of construction but not Candlewoods fault

I have stayed here before and this time it was nothing like the last. Cleaners do not come in to clean we had to go get towels ourselves multiple times there is roaches and other bugs throughout the hotel and the whole hotel has constant odors. Check in early if not they cancel your reservation regardless if paid for

Never Again
No hot water. Elevator was down, so they booked a family of 5 with all their luggage on the 4th floor. Stairwell was filled with spiders. They had no extra linens for the sofa bed. Took 25 minutes to check in because the clerk was on their cell phone. Passive aggressive signage all over the hotel indicating there disdain for quality customer service.

At check in was advised that reservation was cancel due to elevator been out and no other access for wheelchair since room on 4th floor. Then advise check other hotels.

This property is very nice, fairly new, however the hotel is located on the service road off of I35 and you need to pass thru another business before you get to the hotel. The amazon warehouse is right behind the property and you can hear their trucks coming in and out and that made it very difficult to sleep.
