My room was 519 , tile at toilet was loose and moved when it’s stepped on. The window blinds didn’t block the outside lights.
The heater had a high pitch noise that did not stop.
Building looked outdated.
There was hall hockey hitting my door at 10:45 pm when I had an early morning the next day that went on for better part of an hour. The hotel did not address the issue as they said they would.
I give a failing grade.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Coffee was great. Location was good. Girls shopping trip was a success! Was definitely stay again

The bed was lumpy and leaned towards the foot of the bed, like my feet were pointed down towards the ground. The server lady in the morning seemed extremely unapproachable, could be personal problems outside of work, but made the mornings feel unwelcoming. The fitness room had a strong odour coming from it, maybe mildew or musty/moldy smell.
