酒店位于图卡海滩,安静避世,适合休闲度假。设施齐全完备,有专门的儿童泳池和kid's club,适合亲子游。早餐种类并不算太多,但精致美味。
甲米悦榕庄真是奢华与宁静的世外桃源。员工热情好客,让人有宾至如归的感觉,地道的泰式美食和丰盛的早餐(还提供新鲜椰汁)让每一刻都充满愉悦。原始海滩上可以欣赏到令人惊叹的岛屿风光,加上世界一流的水疗中心,共同营造了一个宁静而舒适的绿洲。这是一次令人难忘的度假体验,值得再次光临!🏝️❤️

总体来说,很难让我给它及格分。相比来说,闭眼选苏梅岛悦榕庄!!中国人不骗中国人😂
欲抑先扬,首先说两个优点:1. Spa非常好,2. 酒店安排的活动,安南海滩、洪岛、klong root以及日常运动sup、普拉提、沙滩晨跑等都不错。
其他都是缺点:
1. 硬件:沙滩质量实在一般,而且很小。海水也浑浊,甚至几乎没有人游泳。(图1)
2. 房间:甄选海景房可能是智商税!!临近沙滩的别墅房型外边看着似乎还行(图2)。然而请看图3,这是部分海景和甄选海景的房间门口的样子,能看出是度假村吗?还以为走到了老旧居民区里。这次定了3晚甄选海景大床房,被分到C101。据工作人员说,旁边房间即为部分海景大床房,而两者价格每晚相差近800元,不知道房型是如何划分的。前边大面积被屋檐遮挡(图4)2025年7月有一条评论,也是预订甄选海景后被分到同一间房,当时顾客质疑那是部分海景大床房,携程赔付800元,然而我仍然被分到了这间。据此也找了携程,酒店工作人员带我们看了前排的客房,前边遮挡较少整体风景还是相比C101好的。但是已经住了1晚,我老公不想再折腾,就算了。
3. 服务:不要以为自己在度假村,服务甚至不如商务酒店。第一件事,9-13点出海去了洪岛,回来时已经下午1点但房间还没被打扫。刚下了海,两个人都需要洗澡,但下水非常缓慢,无法使用。给前台打电话后,十几分钟还没人来清理。再一次打电话,前台大吵说会有人来,一直在打断我讲话,完全没有服务素质,我只想问大概需要多久,因为不洗澡我什么都做不了,但是他不能听我说完一句话,聒噪的重复他自己的话,我加大音量,他也是,听起来像是和我对骂一样,服务水平连如家都不如。第二件事,我们是晚上航班,本来顺可以延时退房到17点,但前一天却说让我们12点前拿行李出门。之后被安排到了一个只有沙发的小房间。这也没什么的,但是我想借用旁边的公用洗澡间,需要毛巾。这次服务员说10分钟内送来,我等了整整半小时,也没人送,又去前台找了一次,才有人送来。这个酒店,提什么要求,一定要问几分钟,而且不联系第二次,他们大概率不会给你办的。第三件事,并没有管家式服务。办理入住时的服务员,皮笑肉不笑的,就不说名字了,之后再没出现过。在酒店可以使用whatsapp和工作人员联系,这是个英国的软件,看起来亚洲的客人并非主流吧。
4. 餐厅:早餐和同等级别的度假村比,种类少,餐厅又小。泰式菜馆saffron没有惊艳,主厨房的菜品大多按西方人口味调整了,非常一般。
总之去年也是9月去的苏梅岛悦榕庄,定的是部分海景别墅,也是三晚,价格仅是这次甲米的110%没差多少,但品质、服务,相差的不是一点半点。不管这个酒店的受众是谁,但我们中国人不买账!!!希望大家别再踩坑!如果你仍坚持要去,那我只能说,少定几晚,要么定便宜点的部分海景房,要么定最好的别墅房型,兴许好一些吧。
我们带着宝宝在这里度过了一段美好的时光。酒店员工非常乐于助人,确保我们所需的一切都已准备妥当,包括婴儿床和消毒器。酒店餐厅也很适合家庭入住。总的来说,这是一次舒适的住宿体验。强烈推荐给带小孩的旅客。
房间的卫生不算完美,但是窗外景色可以治愈。
提出房间卫生也最后,客房部帮助升房,升房后房间很好。早餐丰富很好吃。
因为孩子喜欢游泳,所以我们特意找了带泳池的别墅,又因为我很看重风景,就选择了海滨泳池别墅。房间的视野很好,他们还把沙发床变成了儿童床,这点很不错。
不过,别墅里的泳池卫生状况不佳,而且儿童泳池这个设施也好像被荒废了,这让我觉得有些遗憾,毕竟这是我们选择这里的主要原因之一。

这次入住甲米悦榕庄的经历,实在让人大失所望,甚至有种被欺骗的感觉。
预订时明确选的是“甄选海景房”,到店却被换成了“部分海景房”——我住的房间实景和携程上该房型图片完全一致(巧合的,图一是官方宣传图,图二是我拍摄的完全就是一间屋子C101,甄选海景房露台可以放太阳伞 并且无顶棚),海景视野明显缩水,酒店却拒不承认,这已经让我很不满。沟通时,他们先是提出用下午茶补偿,可房型本身就有差价,他们有错在先,这种无关痛痒的补偿毫无意义。我提出要餐厅或SPA抵用券,对方说只有SPA抵用券,可抵20%。结果真去做SPA时,被告知抵用券只能用在“常规价格”上,门口公示的价格根本不能用,最后还是按原价付款,券成了废纸。这哪里是补偿,分明是骗人!第二天我嫌麻烦没有更换房间,因为总共住3宿,无意翻照片发现时被更换时已经过了一晚。酒店基层员工的服务态度还算得体,但高层这种逃避责任、用虚假承诺敷衍顾客的做法,实在太过分。加上携程退了800元后,仍与实际房型差价(当月官网显示至少900元差价)有出入,问题始终没得到公正解决。这样缺乏诚信、毫无担当的酒店,真的不推荐
我入住的房间就是该酒店宣传的部分海景套房房间,我自己拍摄的照片外部景色与该酒店在携程官网和微信小程序发布图片的完全一致(包括外部屋顶和远处树木),甚至可以判定就是我一间房间拍摄的(大家可以在携程官网自行查询宣传图),没有什么可狡辩的。
和朋友去甲米旅游,入住了悦榕庄酒店,要感谢携程管家给力的操作!太赞了。
酒店设施齐全,但是游泳池正在装修。
卫生:房间里有一些蚂蚁和小虫子,其余卫生还可以
酒店有免费的出海去红岛的游船,还有桨板,酒店提供在船上提供毛巾、浮潜眼镜、水果拼盘、水等,服务相当周全。点赞👍
在普吉瑰丽住了两晚以后。决定来甲米玩几天。普吉岛开过了,要将近三个小时。整个酒店国人并不多。印度人,中东人偏多。
优点
1.酒店给我留下最深刻的就是得天独厚的地理位置和景观。它的景观不仅只有海,还有海上的小岛。加上公共区域的景观跟远处的海景岛景形成了独特的view。这一点是瑰丽比不上的。
2.整个酒店的规划也很赞无数洞错落的villa,公共泳池。休息的区域也分很多。沙滩边泳池边悬崖上。整体规划很丰富。
3.酒店的服务人员都很热情,并且耐心。这一点是五星好评的。
缺点:
1.酒店不成文的规定是早上9:30都会来打扫房间。假如你没有按勿扰键,周末大清早9:30他们就会敲醒你的房门,问你要不要打扫。因为这一点我们还跟客服交涉。这是度假酒店。为什么会早上9:30就要来打扫?不太理解。如果有这样的规定,也应该在办理入住的时候提前告知吧。
2.酒店因为有儿童乐园等设施。很多带小孩的家庭。当你在餐厅享优雅用餐的时候。很可能旁边坐了七八上蹿下跳的小孩。
整体感受算是还不错的。比起瑰丽来说,我更喜欢这里。虽然规律的细节跟讲究,但是不如这里的自然景观好。
