Tub was dirty. bathroom had weird smell. Blanket had blood stain. front desk was supposed to call back to find a new room and never called back.

Wonderful hotel! Exceeded our expectations by far! From check in to check out, everything was easy and great!
Front desk was very welcoming and always helpful. Room was much bigger than expected, very clean and quiet.
We booked the King room with kitchen and living room, was so worth it! Very spacious and nice setup with full size fridge, sink and counter area and table with seats. Exactly what we needed and more. It was also nice that the bedroom was separate with its own door.
We didn’t try the food or bar but looked nice as well. Great hotel, definitely recommend and will stay again when in Lubbock.

Stay in this hotel often for medical visits. Generally great rooms and pleasant staff. This time our room was not up to the standards we expect of this hotel. Carpet had spots on it, the bathroom wall paper was peeling and discoloration on the tiles. Queen size beds seemed more like doubles and were very uncomfortable. We will continue to stay in this hotel just not this room, which we requested due to roll in shower and close proximity to front desk.

I was told this property was near the Texas Tech campus and it was not. I should not have to fact check when told that close to campus Frustrating
