The woman at the front office wasn’t very friendly when we checked in, and not helpful at all. I had called a couple of times earlier and she immediately pur me on hold both times She assigned me a room on 1st floor. I couldn’t find the room so had to go back and ask her again where it was and her directions on how to get to the room were inaccurate. I still couldn’t find the room so I asked the daytime bartender how to get to my room. She was very friendly and showed me where to find the room. My friend and I had late nite drinks at the bar. The bartender on duty at that time disappeared for about 20 minutes just as we were finishing our drinks and we had to wait for her to get back. She never said she had to step away, and when she would be back, just disappeared. It was annoying to have to wait so long for our check

There was hair from the previous guest still along the shower walls when we checked in and the room was not cleaned properly. Whole room felt grimey even though this room was almost $200 a night. Absolutely not worth it would never stay here again.

Nice hotel but rooms could have been a little cleaner. Furniture had stains and Bathroom could have used a better vacuum.

We booked its room due to its proximity to the Old National Event Center and, come to find out, there is even a skywalk to the event center. We never had to walk outside. When we arrived at the event center there was an entrance just for us and we didn’t even have to stand in line to get in. The hotel itself was perfect in every way and the staff were very accommodating. There are also many places to eat within walking distance. We will return to this hotel in a heartbeat!

This stay was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious and comfortable. The parking was easy and convenient to the hotel. I saw a concert at the Old National Events Plaza located just across the street. The bar was well attended after the event and Kim, who worked behind the bar was engaging while keeping up with her customers. The fire pit was a nice surprise.

We stay here when they have concerts at Ford Stadium and Old National Events Plaza. Very convenient cat walks take you right into both locations , so no lines to wait in or weather to worry about standing in. Only bad is if you stay on the 1st floor road noise is kinda bad. Especially when delivery trucks park right outside your window and leave their trucks running at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Great location, clean & comfortable hotel
Came to Evansville for a comedy show at Victory Theater & this was the perfect stay. Walking distance to Main Street for lots of restaurants and walking distance to the many entertainment venues including Victory theater. Check in was quick & easy, hotel is very clean & updated. Everything in the room worked properly & was clean & comfortable. Parking not bad for $17 in & out, did not do breakfast or any meals at the onsite restaurant but got some snack for the room at their little snack stand. Would definitely stay here again if in Evansville.

I kinda missed reading that the parking was at additional cost which was kind of a bummer considering the high prices per night. We didn’t have much choice in places to stay so this was the most adequate option. Though I’d say for what you pay the bathroom should have been way cleaner! Anyways if I’d have to go to Evansville ever again I guess I’d stay there
