Room was fine clean and the amenities were good. The problem was the check in time and the check out time . Rooms should be ready at the check in time otherwise maybe you all need to change the check out time to earlier like 10 or 11 at the latest Having 10 minutes to get ready to be somewhere at 5 was not a pleasant experience. There were so many people waiting for rooms at check in time. Maybe more housekeeping staff is needed or if you know you have this many people checking in then that many people have to be gone Do appreciate the manager switching my room type. I really did not care what kind of room I had long as it was clean and ready to go at check in. I just had a couple options online to choose from

The moment we stepped into the hotel there was a foul smell that was awful. The smell wafted as far as to my room on the 2nd floor. I know that there were a few more dissatisfied patrons as well. We only had 2 towels for our room. The room was not any better than other hotels I have a stayed in the area. The only good thing about the room is the pillows. I will not recommend this hotel for the amount of money I paid.

The staff at check in and check out were wonderful as well as our room. Did not care for the market place. Chose an item that needed water and a microwave. Staff instructed me to go all the way around a hall to get water and come back to use the microwave. Did not realize there was no microwave in the room. Very inconvenient. Didn’t care for the bar staff discussing their personal life drama while having a drink at the bar.

Elevator Noise
Our room was not far from the elevator and all we heard while there was banging from the elevator going up and down. Not the doors opening but the actual mechanics of moving the elevator. Very annoying all night.

Updates being done to hotel, still very clean. Lady was very nice at check in and was the quickest I have ever been checked in.

The front desk staff, Adriane, was unprofessional. We drove 4 hours and called ahead both 24 hours before and the day of to inquire about early check-in. We were told check-in was 2pm at first, then 1pm, and later "first come, first serve." Despite asking multiple times if she needed my confirmation number, she said it wasn't necessary. We arrived between 1–2pm, only for Adriane to tell me the room wasn’t ready and check-in was at 4pm. We had an event at 5pm and still needed to get ready. She explained that suites, which cost more, are cleaned last. While early check-ins aren’t guaranteed, the way she communicated made it seem like it would be possible. We waited in the lobby for an hour, and during that time, a flight crew had similar issues. Finally, after approaching the desk again, Adriane’s "manager" stepped in and we were given the room—but it wasn’t clean.
The shower looked like it had never been cleaned, with the bottom appearing as if someone had walked through it with dirty boots. When we pulled back the sheets on the bed, we found a bug. That was it for us. We checked out immediately and drove the 4 hours home in the middle of the night.

The woman at the front office wasn’t very friendly when we checked in, and not helpful at all. I had called a couple of times earlier and she immediately pur me on hold both times She assigned me a room on 1st floor. I couldn’t find the room so had to go back and ask her again where it was and her directions on how to get to the room were inaccurate. I still couldn’t find the room so I asked the daytime bartender how to get to my room. She was very friendly and showed me where to find the room. My friend and I had late nite drinks at the bar. The bartender on duty at that time disappeared for about 20 minutes just as we were finishing our drinks and we had to wait for her to get back. She never said she had to step away, and when she would be back, just disappeared. It was annoying to have to wait so long for our check
