Extremely poor customer service. Definitely NOT Hilton Quality. Attendants are unaware of the locations of any other Home2 Suites in Louisville. First desk clerk, female, was unable to listen to my question in very clear English. Then she hung up on me. Second call, male desk clerk at 9:53 PM told me I should Google it. The simple question, neither could answer, “Are you the nearest Home2 Suites, to LaGrange (approximately 23 miles NE)?” Monday - approx 10 am Kenny stated the Manager was not available and was at one of the other two properties. When I told him of my experience he replied that he is unaware of locations of other Hilton properties and it shouldn’t be expected. I stated that in my personal experience, Hilton desk clerks/concierge’s know where to other Hilton properties are within the local area. Then he stated it wasn’t true (basically calling me a liar). Then he hung up on me. I did n’t bother trying to reach the Manager again as, at this point, it became obvious that poor customer service appears to be prevalent throughout this location.

我们入住期间的一切都棒极了。酒店非常漂亮、时尚、干净。所有员工都很友好。我们很喜欢酒店的设施,尤其是泳池、桌上足球和台球桌。强烈推荐这家酒店。如果我们以后再来这里,一定会再次入住。

化解危机
我们来这里参加婚礼。我错误地预订了Home2 Suites,第二天不得不换酒店。前台工作人员非常热情友好,乐于助人。我们成功更改了预订,并在第二天晚上与婚礼宾客见面。所有相关人员都非常热情周到。
