Had a slight view of the ocean from the room which was a nice surprise. Everything was clean, bed was comfy, staff was friendly. It was the perfect location for what we came to do.

Close to both Kennebunk & Ogonquit. Centrally located. Very clean, hotel is basically brand new. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great for a quick bite before heading out. Only complaint would be the paper thin walls. Could hear the conversations from the next room loud and clear at 7am.

Nothing can beat the location of this hotel. Wonderful beaches are max 30mins drive (min literally 2 mins), restaurants are all very near by with their exceptionaly wonderful delicious foods. We did really enjoy our staying with this hotel. Oh about the hotel's breakfast options...would like to rate them 5/5. They are really that good :)

The staff was friendly at the front desk & helpful with our noise issues. The bathroom wasn't in great shape. The toilet seat was falling off & so was the toilet paper holder. But other than that, it was affordable & very convenient to everything!
