Due to dietary restrictions We needed a room with a cook top, pans and utensils to cook with. I called the hotel and they confirmed there was a kitchenette, we could reserve an induction cook top and they supplied the pans. We got there and was given an electric fry pan that was severely scratched in the non stick coating. We were unable to prepare the food we traveled with. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Walls are thin, was unable to go to sleep due to the guest in the room next to us partying past 11:30 pm. I tried to call the front desk to notify of the noise and the room phone did not work!!! We love staying at Hilton properties but this property has a lot to come up to the Hilton standards we are used to.

Full disclosure, Home 2 is our favorite hotel chain and we have stayed at many of them. Home 2 Pivot Point did not disappoint and I am hard pressed to find anything negative about our stay. Clean, well kept building with nice outdoor areas(pool and sitting), and a great gym. Staff were always friendly and you cannot beat the location. Walking distance to historic downtown, Colorado River and Territorial Jail State Parks, and amazing trail network along the river and canals. Awesome stay, thank you.

I want to take a moment to commend Rosie for her exceptional customer service and her willingness to go above and beyond to assist with a booking inquiry I had. She was highly responsive, accommodating, and made sure the entire process was seamless and pleasant. Rosie is truly an asset to her profession and exemplifies the highest standards of customer service.

Great location right in downtown Yuma, with friendly service and new facilities. The beds were comfy, including the pull-out sofa which wasn't bad as far as those go. The room accommodated all three of us with our own beds with ample space. That blackout shade was like a bank vault, the hotel was very quiet, and there were lots of outlets to choose from. Quiet and effective air conditioning. Overall it was a very comfortable room with all of the space and amenities we needed for a friend's night out and a comfy rest afterwards.

We were driving from Santa Barbara to Tucson and wanted a change from heavy I-10 traffic, so took I-8 and made our first visit to Yuma. This hotel is ideally located right next to historic old downtown Tucson - very nice walking area, with lots of restaurants and shopping. The Home2 Suites rooms are so wonderfully designed - there’s plenty of storage space and a very functional kitchenette which we used to full advantage. Breakfast is included but so-so; would have been better to bring breakfast fixings and make our own in the room. The front desk bent over backwards to accommodate me for an extra night (they were sold out) due to unforeseen circumstances. We definitely want to return to Yuma and will again stay here!
