The shower was not hot enough to my liking but they did let me know upon check in that there was scheduled maintenance to it going on. There were also signs of upcoming improvements. I appreciated the forewarning. The room was spacious. The staff was kind. Breakfast was good. The location was in an area with many food and store options close by. Overall good experience. I would book it again.

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, my experience was not enjoyable. The water in my room was consistently cold, which made basic comfort difficult. There was loud construction beginning as early as 8 AM, which disrupted my rest. The WiFi connection was extremely poor and unreliable throughout my stay.

Additionally, the condition of the elevator was concerning. It had tape all over it and even nails on the floor, which did not feel safe at all.

Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and comfort of my stay.

Room was nice. 2 things to note:

You can hear the room above running, walking or playing and it's loud.

There was no hot water. All showers for 3 days were cold showers.

We didn’t arrive until 10:30 pm and when we walked in the door, a pleasant voice and beautiful smile greeted us. That young lady was the most friendly, helpful and thorough that we’ve ever experienced! Our experience will serve as the standard we will measure every other experience we will ever have with hotels. It’s the gold standard.

Breakfast? Nice variety and well prepared. The French toast was tasty and perfect texture…not limp or overcooked until it was like biscotti!
