Hotel staff so nice especially Jace we got there after breakfast so he went out his way to get us some fruit and bread which was so nice cause we had been traveling all day , we want to say Thank You JACE .

The staff were great! Our room was ready hours ahead of time and we were given the option to choose the floor we wanted! It was great! The room was clean and clean bathroom.

Everything was great. The room was clean and bathroom was in a very nice condition. The only issue was the reception didn’t mention room service is every other and I had to ask them for refreshment.

办理入住的三位工作人员中，给我办理入住的那位态度非常恶劣。她没有佩戴名牌，但我认为她叫艾丽莎。她既没有问候我，也没有感谢我是希尔顿荣誉客会会员，而且询问我的信息时态度十分粗鲁。
给我们办理入住的那位工作人员态度很差，一点忙也帮不上。她没有提供任何帮助，看起来甚至很不情愿在那里工作。淋浴的水感觉很脏，根本冲不掉身上的肥皂，好像还在皮肤上留下了残留物。
钥匙打不开门，维修人员不得不一次又一次地帮我们开门进房间。
