The rooms are wonderful, large, modern, and clean. The rooftop pool is great. But the area surrounding the hotel...empty, run-down shops, very unattractive. And the layout of the hotel is odd. There's no entrance at the front of the building; there's a small, dark entrance on the side of the parking garage with no clear signage. Then you have to go up to the third floor to the lobby.
Who plans something like that??
And then the parking...no self-parking, only valet parking. And $25 is way too expensive in my opinion. Besides, the staff has to stay there all night in case a guest comes.
The elevators are reeealy slooow, so you always have to wait and wait and wait...... Unfortunately, the air conditioning thermostat in our room couldn't be adjusted; it was constantly at 72 degrees.
Kim at the frontdesk was wonderful, we really appreciated her help.

The only downfall of this property was the parking, we got charge $25 night to park, however it's strickly valet only, so everytime we went to out car, or came back, we obligated to tip valet, therefore leaving the hotel mutiple times can be super costly. $15-20 extra in tip on top of the parking fee.
It was kinda ridiculous.

Loved it! Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were looking for a balcony to watch the dolphins and they found us a room! The roof top is a must! Go up and watch the sunset and you also get a sunset shot, also try the drink in a coconut. So delicious! Also, beach is very close walk. You can rent chairs & umbrella on the beach! Check out Farbotta’s so good! Also went to the beach bar, all within walking distance. We will definitely recommend to friends.

The staff, especially Steven, was OUTSTANDING! Went above and beyond to have our group roomed next to each out. Incredible accomodations for a very low price! Would highly recommend!

Friendly staff at all levels (valet, check-in desk, waitress, bartenders). Room was great and comfortable. Easy walk to a fun bar and also across the street to the beach. We will be back!

泳池被什么东西弄脏了。银饰褪色了，泳衣上的一些油漆也掉了。
