Clean upgraded rooms, staff were courteous, breakfast was not great but adequate.
WiFi reception was unbelievably bad though. It wouldn’t last even 30 seconds at a time.

The ladies were really nice at the desk in the am. Towels were stained and it was very noisy but overall a good stay

We are a 14 day road trip! After 6 nights all of the places we stayed were sub par till here ! Great rooms! Nicest hotel and the least expensive on our whole trip! Definitely recommend if in Caldwell Ohio! Off the I -77

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE
Cleanliness of the room was immaculate. Greeting by the desk staff was very warm and family-friendly. She even was excited to meet my service animal. She said she only wished she had treats for service animal. She said I am able to thank our Veterans for their service. However I think it would be a great way to say thank you for their service to our Veterans by simply giving them a Doggy treat.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE
It was nasty COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE & MANAGER DID NOTHING!!!! Not worth the money too stay! Cockroach hotel is NASTY management is rude to guest food was cold hair in bathtub bed was dirty worse experience ever!
