One elevator was out of service. They were undergoing renovations. The door to my room doesn’t latch without being pressed/pulled closed. My night table had drink rings making me think the room hadn’t been cleaned/checked by a supervisor. Breakfast was ok.

Check in was a breeze. The pull out sofa was so uncomfortable. You could feel every bump and spring. We had to switch rooms because the celling in the first room was leaking. The staff got is a different room. No rate discount for the inconvenience of moving. One elevator was Broken. Which made going very slow. The floor in our room left my socks black from the dirt. On a better note The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good also.

The rooms very clean and nice. Staff not the most friendly. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that doesn’t have a microwave. The outside of the hotel was very poorly maintained, flower beds grown up pool area not well maintained either.
