Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, better than most other hotels with breakfast included.

Staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and stocked. Location was highly convenient to highway system, restaurant options and shopping options. Only negative was the loudness of heater coming on and off. Enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with ear plugs.

The hotel was excellent. After we booked a non-refundable stay using *******, we were THEN told about a pet fee. Very disappointed this did not come BEFORE we booked. The fee is very unreasonable Whether you stay 1 night or 6 nights, it's $100. We stayed for 8 hours and had to pay the fee. Gratefully, the hotel staff did knock it down to $75, however a model where we are charged a deposit for the pet stay is better. Once the room is cleaned and in order, the deposit is returned if no issues are found.

It is a nice hotel and the staff were okay. The price was a bit high, but they are the only hotel in the area.

Room was infested with lady bugs, tv didn’t work and light next to bed wouldn’t stop flickering. Changed rooms and then had only two lady bugs crawling on the ceiling and tv didn’t work. Staff was great!

The fridge had food left in it and smelled, no trash cans to dump it in had to take down elevator to find a trash.
Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy
