Significant road noise. Three day policy of not providing room cleaning or bed making. Elevator was not working for the three nights of our stay. TV cable ancient. Rear entrance not functioning. Beds are comfortable. Spacious room for double queen. What few staff on site were very helpful. Excellent work out room.

Staff was excellent, good breakfast. Our room was street side so a bit noisy, but cheap price for a nice clean place.

Not only was the elevator out of service, so was the hot tub. No sign of any service company working on the repairs. Tight parking.Overall, the room was clean and the breakfast hit the spot.

It was fine. A few pros and cons. First problem was the hot tub has been down for maintenance ‘for a while now’ but no where listed when you go to book and that was the deciding factor for me between this and another hotel. Tried running. Bath and it was barely a trickle so switched to a shower which was either freezing cold or scalding hot and made a screeching sound for most of the duration. Next the fridge leaked overnight. Which they did switch out immediately. Then the elevators quit working the second day of a four day trip and never worked again. Probably still are out of service. Beds are fine, neither good nor bad. Used the washer/dryer for laundry and both did their jobs real well for a reasonable price too however the dryer sounded like a spaceship landing so I feel bad for the staff that were around to listen to it. Overall it’s fine. Staff are friendly so that was appreciated.

床上有些虫子。而且房间非常吵，人们敲墙的声音，或者他们在走廊上说话的声音都听得一清二楚。
给我们办理入住手续的那位女士看起来不太熟悉业务，而她的上司似乎也对她的笨拙感到不耐烦了。房间还不错，和预期的一样。热水浴缸区域有点奇怪，因为它在地下室。孩子们很喜欢免费的冰沙，大家也都很喜欢早餐。
