I did not like that they charged $75 dollars extra when I never used room service, housekeeping, did not use the coffee and I ran out of lotion. Like someone added an extra 75 dollars because they had access to it.

Room and facilities were fine but woken at 4 am by dog barking for half an hour and phone ringing unanswered. Didn’t get much sleep.

We loved all the local places so close by to the location. it’s a great place while we visit with our daughter. The manager Mark was so accommodating and helpfulwhen we left an item in the room by accident !

The hotel was quite nice and new. The location is fantastic and if not for the few issues I would have given this hotel 5 stars.
The curtains are a pain to close enough to block out the light. It’s possible but really quite annoying. The door skirt leading to the hallway wasn’t doing much as the light was still coming through, but towels remedied this. Sorry we like it dark at night.
Ironically the last complaint is about light. The street lights in the parking lot weren’t all working making for dead spots. With these few fixes it could really make the experience better.
Make sure to try Taco Mama and Mellow Mushroom while you are here, and plan your visit around a Saturday when the Farmer’s Market is in the green space out front. Great atmosphere.

We loved the hotel and surrounding neighborhood. It was clean and service was great. Room was just as expected. Only hiccup was a false fire alarm that kept us out of our rooms for a stretch of the evening, but not a huge deal. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! The room was clean and spacious. The complementary breakfast was delicious and overall I recommend this place to anyone. I plan on staying here in the future.

HANDS DOWN, the Hampton Inn Huntsville was incredibly clean, the food for breakfast was DELICIOUS and the service was friendly! I would stay there again and again. We stayed 5 nights and I was most impressed by the change in breakfast menu every morning.
