Room was fine, staff was indifferent, not particularly helpful or friendly. Breakfast bar was awful. Empty food trays, water from the juice dispenser, dried oatmeal and sugar. And they wanted $100 fee for an early check-in. First I've ever been told that at a Hampton. I'm a Hampton regular but will never return to this one. Very disappointed.

We had a pile of dirty laundry right in front of our room door. We had to unload our luggage outside the room because we were not able to get the luggage rack inside. The room was warm and we were not able to adjust the thermostat at all. I did ask for wash clothes because our room did not have any and the front desk did bring them up to our room and ignored the pile of dirty laundry. A bit disappointing.

We appreciated not only the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff, but also the ease of getting on and off the highway to this destination.

1st room was dirty and not cleaned upon walking in. Bed was not made. 2nd room door didn't want to shut without pulling it closed, all plugs and usb outlets didn't work. Really disappointing considering we were going to make the switch from marriot, this was not a great experience. All i got were sorry about that.

We found a big blood stained mattress when opening the pull out couch. They moved our rooms the couch had crusty white stains on it in the new room

The room was ok. I checked the bed for bed bug none detected but the bed protector had all kind of particles, hair, old plastic tweezers just could have been better. The couch was torn and had all kinds of stain on it looked disgusting. I was very disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere for future stay.
