My wife and I spent 5 nights at the hotel and we had spoken to the front desk about the lack of housekeeping. Knowing that the room is cleaned every other day, we never had any kind of attention to our room. We spoke to the front desk on day 3 and yo get clean towels , but it was never followed up. We checked out on day 5 and spoke to the manager on duty about the lack of housekeeping. The trash was overflowing, we had no clean towels and no linen changes in 5 days.
When we checked out, we got “sorry about that” and that was the end of it. We travel to Indiana every year and we will stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel was very clean. The food was delicious and the individual that checked us out her name was Tae. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that checked us and he was courteous and kind and Tae was amazing. I will be coming back.

The staff was polite, professional and helpful, however the cleanliness of my room, although not terrible, did not meet my satisfaction. There was hair on the toliet when I arrived. The remote was grimy. The desk and dresser had small spots, like splashes of a drink, for example and the shower had mildew. And I'm not too sure about the bedding. I usually clean and disinfect my room when I arrive, but this time, I seriously consideredchecking out early. Although management did make an effort to make my stay more comfortable. I will never stay there again.

Odd when we arrived that room we were given could not be opened completely as security bar was engaged. Front desk did change our room rather than make us wait until could be opened. New room was surprisingly large but not the cleanest looking furniture. Bathroom showerhead had pink slime. Would not return.
