Staff was courteous and polite. Room was clean. Staff tried to be helpful with the In-room safe. Figured it out. Breakfast was hot and good and a great variety. That was a BIG PLUS!!

I always try to book at a Homewood Suites when traveling. It's my favorite hotel. BUT I am DISAPPOINTED that I am now being charged for Parking. In the past, since it was self-parking, there was no charge, and now it's $15.00 a night and it's still self-parking. So sad. I may have to search and find a hotel that doesn't charge parking for my future trips.

Anniversary trip
It was our 49th anniversary. The two girls at the front desk decorated our door and gave us goodies. They went overboard and they were so thoughtful.

I like the cleansing, I like the decoration, the staff was professional and very kind, the breakfast buffet was A plus, fresh and delicious, their servers were exellent, frendly and very kind. Love Sandra, Sanjuana and Alex, they make me feel very special ❤️

What I like or what I would say was unique about the property was the famous breakfast tacos were usable by me. What I didn’t like was the hourly wage for the Employee challenges and I also saw an employee get assaulted and it’s hard to explain how the employee got assaulted but I’m just familiar with it. I seen it. I called it out.

Best Hotel on Island as Far as I’m Concerned!!
We didn’t have Pets on this Trip but, yes they cater to all Fur Baby’s needs they offer an entire Counter to Pets Treats and other Accessories for you pets !

Last minute reservation
Very roomy room-love the set up, great staff, breakfast had a good spread. Staff walked me out to my car to leave at barely sun up. Easy parking.
