It was our 49th anniversary. The two girls at the front desk decorated our door and gave us goodies. They went overboard and they were so thoughtful.

Best Hotel on Island as Far as I’m Concerned!!
We didn’t have Pets on this Trip but, yes they cater to all Fur Baby’s needs they offer an entire Counter to Pets Treats and other Accessories for you pets !

The room was not clean, there was toothpaste still in the restroom sink, feces still on the toilet, hair in the shower, some type of stain in the curtain that resembled blood.

Needs a good cleaning
Not very happy with cleanliness. Carpets looked dirty. Walls and wallpaper need a big updating. I definitely didn't wanna walk around barefooted. The couch in the bedroom was dirty. Mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but I overall felt dirty staying there. The only positive thing was the breakfast. There was a pillowcase in the middle of the hallway when we checked in and it was still there when we checked out.

Nice view of the ***** beach access and ocean. Close to dining and shopping. Roomy suite to spread out.

I booked this hotel by mistake. But the staff went out of their way to change the reservation from one week to just one night. AND even made sure my usual hotel had rooms available before making the changes. Absolutely lovely people and lovely hotel with the most amazing breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had at a hotel buffet. Will definitely consider staying here the next time in this city.

We went for my daughter's burthday a d staff nade it extra sowcial by giving her a card decorating out door and just going above and beyond

Fault of workers involved in cleaning, shower door not washed for sure because when it got steamy in the bathroom you could see writing on the shower door from previous customer, walls of the shower had leftover hear and soap holder totally not cleaned from previous customer. Makes you wonder about things you can't see. I really expected a clean place taking in consideration that the room coster over 400$ per night unfortunately. I'm hoping management can do something about it. Place looked fairly new and clean other places.
