I have stayed here before and it was good, BUT, it has gotten even better. The grounds around the hotel are immaculate; someone it taking the time to keep the outside of the facility looking inviting. The rooms are much cleaner than before as well; it's as if everything was brand new. But, it's not brand new, folks just took the time to keep things looking clean and sharp. I don't know if there's new management or a new crew, but kudos to them for a job well done with the facilities. The only recommendations I would make for them are: offer less processed foods for breakfast and more natural foods (less processed, enriched foods and more whole grains for starters). Also, folks are busy keeping the outside and the rooms looking sharp, but it looks like someone forgot to assign the elevators to someone for cleaning. They are not the showpiece of this hotel. Anyway, I would definitely stay here again.

Was hesitant to stay here because of all the negative reviews re: customer service and Mr. Patel, however we decided to roll the dice. It was fine for a quick overnight stay with pets. Didn't have any issues with the accommodations. It's a Hampton Inn so it is what it is. The room was clean and functional and the hotel convenient to several places for dinner. We checked our bill at check-out and everything was in order.

酒店回复: Thanks for giving us a second chance. Most of the times guest have put reviews when there is a cancellation policy or bring in pets as we do have a camera system and have video of guest taking a pet in the room.

We visit Dublin at least once a year and have stayed at this hotel 3x, and all the stays were pleasant except this last vist on Friday, May 18th. First we attempted to check in early 12:30- noon and was denied. Next, they charged an additional amount on the bill, how did I know because the desk clerk held the full amount of the room on my card instead of a security deposit (normal practices). Lastly, when we showered there was a slow drain, when reported to the front desk, I was advised to "pump the stopper a few times, " to release the water. No plumber arrived that night or the next morning before we checked out. I will NOT be returning to the hotel and will advise the rest of family to not stay. However, I will advise the management team of this location to clean up their act because there are several new hotels that are being built and if you want to remain competitive, do better!!!!

酒店回复: We do have to give time for guest to check out from the night before and to give our cleaning crew enough time to prepare the room. Hilton does post that check in time is after 3pm. Security deposits are now necessary as guest smoke, damage or take things from the rooms. Sorry we do not have a plumber on site in the evenings and after you left, he did clean out the hair from the bath drain.

Not bad at all. Staff is very friendly and really hands on and try to meet your needs. After traveling a lot this past year I’ve seen some bad ones. This is def a good one. Would recommend if you’re in the area. Company Supply down the street has some great food too

The Hampton Inn in Dublin, GA is a very clean, comfortable hotel, with good breakfasts, and we have stayed there many times. The employees are polite and helpful. It is convenient to local dining options for lunch or dinner. Parking is plentiful, and it is near the highway, but there is no noise in the rooms from traffic.

We needed a place to stay overnight on our way home from Savannah. I made the reservation last minute. The hotel was very clean. The floors shined, it was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but hard to access due to a Highschool baseball team staying there. They ate everything that wasn’t nailed down. Kids eat a lot! We did manage to get some food though. I like this hotel and will likely stay again when traveling to and from Savannah.

Please DO NOT STAY at this Hotel. The Manager, Phil Patel, is not professional or fair with his customers. I made a reservation to stay here to work on a piece of equipment at the local VA Center. The gentleman at the VA center told me to use the code for reservations. When I showed up they wanted my ID showing me I worked at the VA. I told them I did not have that as I was a contractor going to the VA to work on the equipment. They said the rate was not available without ID. So I asked what the AAA rate was, it was $45 higher and I said that was ridiculous and asked to cancel the room. They said I could not so I agreed to pay the higher price. Mr. Patel told me I was not going to be allowed to stay and to get out. He then sent an email saying the reservation was canceled, but then charged my credit card anyway for even more than the AAA rate. I’m a Diamond Member of Hilton and have NEVER been treated like this. Please do NOT reward this property with your business.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. I booked online and it changed my booking from queen beds to king on my receipt. I called the hotel within the cancellation time frame to cancel. Eva Harding handled my request and said it was cancelled. She assured me when I asked again if there was anything I needed to do in my end. Then I was charged. Not once. Not twice. 4 times. I called and Eva stated she remembered me and would take care of it. She was super apologetic. I was so relieved by her honesty. I had my phone record of cancellation but I was still so relieved to speak with her. Until the manager Phil Patel got involved. She completely changed her story and stated I did not cancel. I was disgusted. She stated I simply changed my room type to queen. Which she told me that night was unavailable. The manager refused to help me and I am out a large amount of money. Where is the room confirmation was for the new room she changed me to? The email sent out? Never got it. Because it never happened. She knows I cancelled. I will NEVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I am now going through my bank and after that will be taking them to court.

Terrible Experience! Charged me $80 for no reason. They claimed I had a pet manual fee! I've never even owned a pet. Then Called to speak with the manager the next day after I was charged and he/she wasn't available. I attend a coaches convention in Dublin every year, and I'll never stay here again.
浴室里有些东西略显陈旧。房间干净舒适。早餐种类不多,让我们有些失望。前台服务员非常友好热情,乐于助人。
