这个酒店房间在山上 所以要爬来爬去 有点累 房间也难找 其他都很好 酒店餐厅很不错 口味很棒 推荐 早饭人员也很热情
这家酒店唯一的缺点是装修噪音,但这显然不是常有的事,有时也需要进行。酒店装修得很漂亮,是我们目前在普吉岛最喜欢住的地方。因为正在施工,所以酒店一点也不忙,住得很愉快,我们还会再来的。

我们在普吉岛的 Fusion Suites 度过了一段美好的时光。房间很舒服,服务也特别友好。早餐绝对是亮点之一,很新鲜,味道很好,而且种类丰富。我们特别喜欢他们家特制的水果酸奶,简直是美味又清爽。在普吉岛能以这样的方式开始新的一天真是太棒了!
在普吉岛芭东福星酒店度过了愉快的时光!他们还在床上做了可爱的装饰来庆祝我们的周年纪念日。酒店位于芭东的山坡上,但每两小时有班车往返于江西冷购物中心和芭东海滩。早餐还不错,泰式餐点很美味,但西式早餐有待改进。没来得及体验泳池,但看起来很不错。
酒店非常好,位置,房间,硬件,早餐都很棒,门童也很好。不足的是前台的态度,给这家酒店打了很大的折扣,本想继续住,但看到2天前台女孩的态度,我还是去看看别家吧。主要表现,我询问,因为有孩子,是否可以多给一张房卡,便于孩子睡觉时,我们可以出门吃饭,或者我们一起出门时,手机,gopro可以充电。我们耐心的给前台解释,前台女孩说不可以,需要开门你可以到前台,我们给你开。这本不用说什么,但她反复强调房间不允许抽烟,让我确认是否明白,我们本来就不吸烟的,给人一种,看到你们中国人就一定会在房间吸烟的歧视感。不明白这么好的设施和位置的酒店,用这样态度的前台,是因为没钱培训或雇佣更好的员工么,
感觉是因为携程用户被区别对待了,可能酒店也不在乎携程的评分吧,但还是决定写下这篇评论,能救一个是一个吧;我们是深夜到达的酒店,给了一间这样的房,大家自行参观体会:①客厅这个椅子不知道是油漆还是什么不明物体,墙也是破的;②洗浴间漏水;③浴巾架坏的;④如果以上都只是卫生问题的话,作为一间亲子房,阳台栏杆破成这样是担心小孩掉不下去么;
以上是对房间的鉴赏,下面要给大家好好描述下这个酒店了,首先送的欢迎饮料居难喝,屋顶bar的风景特别好,但这个饮料你只能喝下一口,因为第二口就会吐;其次这个酒店不在芭东市区内,隔了一条高速,出入都只能打车或者坐酒店两小时一趟的摆渡车,周围靠步行是没有任何便利店的
以上是一个1200+房费酒店的表现,还好在携程订的另外两家没有踩雷
这家酒店入住三次了,第一次时酒店刚开,非常满意,住的豪华大床,设施很新,第二次去仍然如此,服务很好价格便宜。然后疫情了。经过了口罩这些年,今年终于又来到了这里第三次入住,真的旧了很多,服务也没那么好了,这次住的家庭房,给的是间尾房,同行的朋友那间更差沟通了平台又调换的。怎么说呢,不会去第四次了。今年的价格也很不便宜,结合地段来看没有优势了
度假村很棒,员工也很友好,但我们这次住宿被低层泳池区域正在进行的施工给毁了。他们一整天都在切割瓷砖,电锯声非常大,根本没办法在泳池边放松。在他们完成施工之前,千万不要预订这家度假村!进行施工的时候,这里应该关闭才对。
