Bar was open kitchen was closed, after a long day of traveling and hiking we were counting on the kitchen being open. Convenient for the hotel not convenient for the guest.
Breakfast in the morning was worse as the night attendant was able to get a full night sleep and not attend to any of her duties. Breakfast was delayed 40 minutes while the morning staff arrived to find nothing done. If you're going to advertise something provided then provide it. People staying in hotels have traveling schedules and count on services being on time.

Nice property. Clean, better breakfast than most.
Nice, new, plush and thick towels. Tried to phone in the front desk, couldn't get hold of anyone, tried severall times.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, made sure that we were pleased with our room. This appears to be a fairly new hotel, clean and modern. Excellent breakfast. Had we known that there was a restaurant/bar we would have taken advantage of it rather than finding a restaurant in town before going to the hotel. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff, cleanest hotel iv stayed at in awhile rooms and lobby pool, excellent free breakfast onsite bar and restaurant was nice and gas grill if your up to cooking your own food on the patio would definitely stay again

酒店本身还不错，但客户服务很差。我们晚上办理入住时，值夜班的工作人员态度很不友好，既没有告诉我房间在哪，也没有提供任何关于酒店的信息，只说了句“插入卡片”。早餐的食材似乎也不太及时补充，他们把食材放回后厨，直到打烊时间才拿出来。
房间里有一股潮湿发霉的地毯味，走廊里弥漫着**味。酒吧招待态度很差。前台服务人员很棒，酒店整体还不错。离公园很近。
我因为家里有急事想取消预订，但是没人帮我。结果最后我还是得付钱。
酒店不愿配合我解决预订日期错误的问题，我对此非常失望。这完全违背了以客户为中心的理念。
