The views from the property and our room were stunning. The bed was the most comfortable that we had in our tour of South Africa and the hospitality shown us by Derek and Lilien was warm and friendly. Our stay was towards the end of the season so a few housekeeping matters needs attention but this did not in any way detract from our enjoyment of our stay. Hout Bay is a nice town with a lovely beach and to approach it along Chapmans Peak Drive, as we did, was a highlight of our holiday.

Wonderful place to stay in Victor's Kloof.
Beautiful location, very friendly owners and a great breakfast. Our room was a family delux and had a handy little kitchen with oven, microwave, stove and kettle. Lots of little touches that made us feel welcome, like a selection of books and delicious fruit in the main area, that you can help yourself to. Also ice cubes and wine glasses if you need them for your drinks.

The property is very homely and staffs are very helpful and friendly including the owner. However we quite surprised that there is no AC in the room. So we need to keep the front door open for fresh air. When doing that bugs and houseflies came into the room which is quite annoying. The room is quite well equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, a king bed and 2 single beds. Good for family of 4. Toilets is also very clean and all essentials are there.

This place is a wonderfull experience and a perfect spot to explore the Cape town area. Nice rooms, luxery lounge, breakfast space, terrace and a very nice pool area! If the place is fully booked parking becomes a challenge and needs a bit of driving skills as most people come woth 4x4 jeeps! All in all a very nice and luxary place, only advice to the management is spend some money and time on keeping up with the maintenance.

美丽正宗的旅馆，景色优美。房间很宽敞，有一个漂亮的阳台，有旅馆的氛围，有些人会说有些过时了。从Lodge酒店出发，驾车约10分钟即可抵达豪特湾（Hout Bay）。我们并不认为这有什么特别的。游览桌山和好望角的良好起点。距开普敦市中心约半小时车程。你可以通过Lodge预订出租车，这完全没问题。午餐很好。接待处需要更多关注，离开时没有空间打招呼或类似的话。
