Staff were nice, room large with a view of the golf course. Hot breakfast was ordered but the continental selection was quite limited.

Room was supposed to be a deluxe state but it was anything but. The room needed a redecoration, it was not of a standard that would be considered deluxe. A room at a premier inn would outdo this room . It was needing a good clean. The bathroom was dirty by the bath tap and the sink as well as the extractor fan. It also needs a refurb.
Mould showing around the tiles.it all looked drab and tired. Nothing deluxe about it- I feel we paid over the odds for this room.
The lift wasn’t working( we had received an email before arriving but we thought it would be possibly working by our arrival- it wasn’t and the whole time we stayed we didn’t see any work being done to get the lift working.
The stairs looked dirty as well as the carpeting both on the stairs and leading to the rooms as well as it was bubbling up ready to cause a trip hazard . The eating area was next to the reception- all open plan; it was chilly- no barriers to help make it feel like a private place to eat and relax. No idea why this wasn’t thought of at the planning stage. It would have cut down the noise and echo as well as the feel one was eating in a room and not a big reception area with all the comings and going’s of people arriving for rooms or the ins and outs of people from the conference area using the toilets. Very disappointing visit. We thought we had found a gem of a hotel to stay at while visiting family.

I have asked our housekeeping team to look in to the bathroom, specifically in regards to your comments about mould, and can confirm this is only exposed grout. We are due a refurbishment in the near future, but a date can't currently be disclosed. I would also like to apologise for the lift not being in service. As mentioned, we did contact you before your stay to inform you of this. You didn't see anyone working on the lift during your stay because you was unaware of the issue. We was simply waiting for a specialist part to be made, which can take some time. I can confirm our lift is now functioning again. I think your comments regarding our restaurant are valid, however our reception and dining area are completely seperate. With reception being at the entrance, you don't see guest arrivals come through the dining area unless they are ready to eat as soon as they have checked in. Nevertheless, I apologise that your experience wasn't up to standard and have passed on all comments. Kindest regards, Callum

Ideal location, clean comfortable, if somewhat aged in appearance. This time the breakfast menu was limited due to the availability of certain items, but overall a pleasant stay.

说实话，从外面看酒店建筑不太吸引人，但里面装修考究，住着很舒适。我们找不到任何可挑剔的地方。
设施维护滞后，电梯黏糊糊的。我们住的房间有两个窗户，但窗户是磨砂的，根本看不到外面。早餐还算可以，尽管很多食物都没有（没送来），或者你可以额外付费点香肠、鸡蛋之类的。
从外面看，酒店可能有些老旧，内部也略显陈旧，但考虑到这个价格，绝对物超所值。我没有在酒店用餐，但看到的食物看起来很不错。房间很大，很干净，窗外高尔夫球场的景色也很棒。停车场很大，灯光明亮。
