The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Varied breakfast options each morning was nice. A variety of restaurant options within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this property again.

I was planning to spend the day at Jack Brown’s. Walking distance, easily accessible, great breakfast and rooms are awesome. Really enjoyed my stay and I am willing to stay there again!

The room is very nice. However, no one to help with your luggage and we had to wait close to an hour for a luggage cart upon our arrival. Then leaving we were stuck on a broken elevator for an hour. I will say the staff was awesome that got us out of there. We are so grateful to each of them. I live in Roanoke and my friend was in from out of town. I wanted to treat her to a special stay while she was here. It was between Hotel Roanoke or Hampton Inn. I wish now I would have picked Hotel Roanoke because of the amenities. The room at Hotel Roanoke was not much more than Hampton Inn either.

房间非常大
我为来参加我婚礼的亲朋好友预订了这家酒店。从头到尾都是个恐怖故事。我再也不会住这里了，也不会推荐任何人住在这里。
房间不符合预期
我预订了一间带大床的阳台房，但入住时却被安排到了一间内室。当我回到前台，想换成我预订的阳台房时，前台工作人员告诉我，他们不会处理在线预订的请求，这类请求需要在入住时提出。虽然我理解这一点，但还是很沮丧。
后来，我被安排到了一间可以俯瞰街道的新房间，但仍然没有阳台。当时我太累了，没法下楼再处理，所以决定放弃，毕竟只是住一晚。
后来，我发现房间里的窗帘拉不上。尽管我尽力拉，但三块窗帘还是卡住了，结果整晚都是阳光照进房间。这让我晚上非常不舒服，睡眠质量也很差。
我出差去罗阿诺克时多次入住这家酒店，每次体验都很棒。然而，这次我却很失望。我的房间和我预订的不一样，即使我要求更改了房间，窗帘的问题也让我的入住体验很不愉快。这次经历之后，我有点犹豫是否要再来。
我每次有机会都什么都没留下。我们住了两晚，花了600英镑，房间太恶心了
