The rooms really need to be upgraded. Room I stayed in had leaking faucets, stained comforter and stained carpet. The staff was great and breakfast was delish. I would stay here again.

Conveniently located near family who are stationed at Fort Hood. Close to many restaurants and stores. We had a quiet 4th floor room and the housekeeping staff respected our privacy. All the staff we encountered during our 8 night stay were very friendly. Breakfast buffet could use a few more options but was otherwise sufficient. Will stay again during our next visit. We have previously stayed in the other two hotels in that immediate area, but the Comfort Inn is the best of the three.

Well pleased with our stay. The front desk ladies are pleasant to talk to and breakfast service was great.

Housekeeping was disappointing, some days bed not made, room not cleaned. Coffee pods not replaced and went downstairs to get some. Except the young slim lady this past weekend was very helpful and efficient.

Staff were very kind throughout the stay. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, sausage was dry but the eggs were hot and fresh. Offered strawberry waffle mix, which was pretty cool. Room was big, bed was comfortable and all the linens and towels were clean and stocked. Noisy guests were up late stomping around above us, and up early stomping around. Honestly impressive how long they did it. Not staffs fault and they handled the complaint very well.

There were repeated issues with an extension of one day to my original reservation which I made well in advance. The reception personnel communicated with me 4 different times at the end of my original reservation checkout date regarding the additional day even though I was assured each and every time it was resolved. It was truly an example of the foot having no idea of what the hand is doing. Additionally, I was moved once upon arrival due to issues with my room (cleanliness and a malfunctioning toilet) while ending up in a room with terrible stains on the room’s carpet. Finally, after one morning’s breakfast of cold eggs and sausage I opted to bring in my own food. The unfortunate reality is that this hotel has tremendous potential, but fails to meet some basic maintenance and management requirements.

In short, I will not stay again even though I make frequent trips to the area to visit family.

Bad service, bugs, intrusion

The women at the front desk ruined my opinion and desire to stay at this location ever again. She canceled my booking to update the “occupants” which were never an issue before.. We booked a double queen. I put 1 adult as the “traveler” the number of occupants doesn’t change the price or the room. However according to her, it does and she wanted to charge an additional fees. The owner didn’t do this to me the first time I visited. So why would she? I disagreed and said I wouldn’t pay an extra fee. that I wanted to speak with the owner again. She asked for my email and said “oh no, I messed something up big time, I need Rajesh to fix it” I said not a prob. I’ll come back later. Well, she canceled the entire reservation. This tied up the funds. Leaving me and my kids in a situation. It took 4 days to receive my refund. And I’ve yet to get my holding fee back from them from two weeks ago. Cockroaches, broken fixtures, leaking pipes, dirty floors, maintenance workers who barge into rooms with out knocking and poor service made my opinion change. Won’t be staying again. The bathrooms leak. The pipes shake. Dirty floors poorly cleaned
