Being in a central location does mean some city noise can be expected, but we understand how important a good night's sleep is. We do have rooms in quieter areas of the hotel, and if you choose to stay with us again, we’d be happy to allocate one to better suit your needs.Regarding ventilation, I appreciate your comments and will share them with our team to explore ways we can improve the in-room comfort for our guests. It is important to note that all rooms have balcony's to assist with ventilation.
